All manuscripts submitted to JSLTE will go through rigorous blind peer review by two referees who are experts in the field. A manuscript will be sent to referees only when it meets the standard requirements of JSLTE; otherwise, it will be returned to author(s) for revision to meet the requirements prescribed by the journal. Having received the referees' response (max two months), the editor will inform the corresponding author, who will be asked to revise the manuscript based on the referees' comments.
The revised manuscript, along with a cover letter that includes the author’s feedback to the suggestions and comments, will be forwarded to the referees who will re-examine the manuscript and will make the final decision.
