آنچه نمایانگر توسعه روستا خواهد بود وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی روستا است ،نظر به اهمیت نقش دهیاری‌ها در تمامی بخش‌های ساختاری و مدیریتی نواحی روستایی در سال‌های اخیر بهبود وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی یکی از وظایف مهم دهیاری‌ها در روستاها است که نشان دهنده عملکرد هر دهیاری است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی نقش شوراهای اسلامی و دهیاریهای روستایی در توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی می باشد. روش انجام دادن تحقیق (فنون گردآوری داده ها ) ،به طور کلی ، این تحقیق یک تحقیق توصیفی (غیر آزمایشی ) است که هدف آن ارزیابی نقش شوراهای اسلامی و دهیاریهای روستایی در توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. در واقع روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق یک روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری مورد پژوهش شامل جمعیت خانوار روستاهای شهرستان نطنز به تعداد 5200 نفر می باشند. حجم نمونه بر اساس تصادفی در دسترس و بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 358 نفر می باشند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه 32 سوالی استفاده شده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار Smart PLS و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج بیانگر آن است که به طور کلی فعالیت شوراها و دهیاریهای روستاها می تواند بر توسعه روستاها به خصوص در زمینه اقتصادی و اجتماعی اثرگذار باشد که این امر می تواند در پیگیریهای صورت گرفته در تاسیس تاسیسات و زیرساختهای مورد نیاز در روستا و نیز بهره گیری بهینه از ظرفیت های متناسب روستا در ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد استفاده باشد.

Research Method (Data Collection Techniques) In general, this research is a descriptive (non-experimental) study that aims to assess the role of Islamic councils and rural tenants in social and economic development. In fact, the method used in this study is a descriptive-analytical one. The population under study included 5200 rural households in the city of Natanz. Sample sizes are available on a random basis, and according to the Cochran formula 358 persons. A 32-question questionnaire was used for data collection, and Smart PLS software and structural equation analysis were used for data analysis. The results indicate that, in general, the activity of the village councils and village councils can have an impact on the development of the villages, especially in the economic and social contexts, which can help in the follow-up to the establishment of the required infrastructure and infrastructure in the village, And optimal utilization of the village's appropriate capacity for employment and income generation.
