ازریابی شیوه های بازسازی سکونتگاههای روستایی بعد از سانحه زلزله با تاکید بر سرزندگی روستایی، مطالعه موردی: دهستان دستجرده- شهرستان طارم

چکیده مقاله :
بازسازی سکونتگاههای روستایی آسیبدیده از سوانح طبیعی بویژه زلزله یکی از مهمترین رویکردهای مدیریت سانحه به شمار میآید و تلاشهای صورت گرفته در این مرحله تاثیرات متعددی بر توسعه روستایی به طور خاص بر روی سرزندگی ساکنین دارد. به طور کلی سه سیاست عمده بازسازی از قبیل تجمیع، جابجایی و درجاسازی مورد استفاده برنامهریزان قرار میگیرد هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی شیوههای بازسازی سکونتگاههای روستایی بعد از سانحه زلزله 1369و تاثیر آن بر سرزندگی روستایی می-باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش تحلیلی- توصیفی مبتنی بر گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق مطالعه میدانی طریق پرسشنامه است. 13 نقطه روستایی واقع در محدوده سیاسی دهستان دستجرده (شهرستان طارم) برای مطالعه انتخاب شده است. تعداد خانوار ساکن در دهستان در سال 1390، بالغ بر 2083 مورد بوده، که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 280 خانوار به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدو پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفی ساده در روستاهای مورد مطالعه توزیع شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری نظیر t تک نمونهای، t دو نمونهای، تحلیل عاملی و کروسکال والیس استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می-دهد که بازسازی روستاهای آسیبدیده از زلزله تاثیر منفی بر روی شاخصهای سرزندگی ساکنین داشته و براساس میانگین، تغییرات در سطح 99 درصد معنادار باشد. براساس آزمون لونز تفاوت ایجاد شده توسط دو شیوه متفاوت در شاخصهای سرزندگی آسایش، بهداشتمحیط، ایمنی و امنیت، زیرساختها، زیباشناسی معنادار گزارش شده است. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کروسکال والیس جهت رتبهبندی سکونتگاههای بازسازی شده نشان میدهد، بیشترین تغییرات در ابعاد سرزندگی در روستای دستجرده صورت گرفته است.
Reconstruction of rural settlements of natural disasters, particularly earthquakes SybDydh one of the most important approaches to disaster management and efforts are being made at this stage comes to the various effects on rural development and specifically on the vitality of its residents. In general, three major reconstruction policies, such as integration, relocation planning Drjasazy been used. The objective is to evaluate the practices to research rural SkvntgaHhay reconstruction after the 1369 earthquake disaster and its impact on rural vitality Democrats. Functional and descriptive analytical study based on data collected through field study through questionnaires is required. 13 political districts rural areas located within Dastjerdeh (city Tarom) has been selected for the study. The number of families living in the village in 1390, over 2083 cases, using a sample of 280 households chosen randomly Grdydv questionnaire distributed in the villages. To analyze the data, the statistical tests such as single-sample t, t the sample, factor analysis and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used. The results show that the reconstruction of the villages’ MyDhd SybDydh the earthquake had a negative impact on residents and based on the average vitality index, the change is significant at 99%. Lvnz test vitality index difference created by the two different ways in comfort, BhdashtMhyt, safety and security, infrastructure, aesthetics is significant. Kruskal-Wallis test results show that the ranking was rebuilt settlements, most of the changes in the dimensions of vitality in the village has been Dastjerdeh.
