چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی استرس شغلی در رابطه اضطراب کوویدـ19، کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی با فرسودگی معلمان شهر اهواز انجام شد.
روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. به این منظور تعداد 365 معلم از معلمان ناحیه چهار آموزش و پرورش اهواز (از بین کل معلمان مقطه متوسطه شهر اهواز) به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند. مقیاسهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس فرسودگی شغلی مسلچ، مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا علیپور و همکاران، مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی و مقیاس استرس شغلی معلمان پالیس بود. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از راه الگویابی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. جهت آزمودن اثرات غیرمستقیم از روش بوت استراپ، در برنامه پریچرز و هیز استفاده شد.
یافته ها: تحلیلهای الگویابی معادلات ساختاری برازندگی الگوی پیشنهادی را با دادهها مورد حمایت قرار دادند. نتایج نشان داد که اضطراب بیماری کرونا تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر فرسودگی شغلی دارد. کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی اثرات منفی معنیداری بر فرسودگی شغلی دارد. استرس شغلی تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر فرسودگی شغلی دارد. اضطراب بیماری کرونا تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر استرس شغلی دارد. کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی اثرات منفی معنیداری بر استرس شغلی دارند. نتایج همچنین، حاکی از آن است که استرس شغلی در رابطه اضطراب کوویدـ19، کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی با فرسودگی معلمان شهر اهواز نقش واسطهای را ایفا مینماید.
نتیجه گیری: بر پایه این یافتهها، میتوان نتیجه گرفت که با کاهش اضطراب کوویدـ19 و افزایش کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روانشناختی میتوان میزان استرس شغلی معلمان را کاهش داد تا این عوامل در کنار یکدیگر شرایط کاهنده فرسودگی شغلی را برای آنان فراهم سازند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of job stress in the relationship between anxiety of Covid-19, quality of life and psychological well-being with job burnout of teachers in Ahvaz city.
Methods: The current research method was descriptive-correlation type. For this purpose, 365 teachers of the fourth education district of Ahvaz were selected by cluster random sampling. The tools of this research included the Maslech Job Burnout Scale, the Alipour et al. Corona Disease Anxiety Scale, the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale, the Ryff Psychological Well-being Scale and the Palis Occupational Stress of Teachers Scale. Evaluation of the proposed model was done through structural equation modeling. In order to test the indirect effects, the bootstrap method was used in Preachers and Hayes program.
Findings: The results indicated that corona disease anxiety has a significant positive effect on job burnout. Quality of life and psychological well-being have significant negative effects on job burnout. Job stress has a significant positive effect on job burnout. Corona disease anxiety has a significant positive effect on job stress. Quality of life and psychological well-being have significant negative effects on job stress. The results indicate that job stress plays a mediating role in the relationship between covid-19 anxiety, quality of life and psychological well-being with job burnout of teachers in Ahvaz city.
Conclusion: Based on these findings, it can be concluded that by reducing the anxiety of covid-19 and increasing the quality of life and psychological well-being, the level of job stress of teachers can be reduced so that these factors together provide them with conditions that reduce job burnout.
