چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: بخش بهداشت و درمان به دلیل ارتباط مستقیم با سلامت انسانها یکی از مهمترین حوزههای توسعه پایدار در جوامع بشری میباشد که تحقق این امر نیازمند درمانگرانی سالم، بانشاط و با انگیزه کاری بالاست. کادر پرستاری از جمله این درمانگران هستند. هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل ساختاری برای پیش بینی فرسودگی شغلی بر اساس تعهد سازمانی با میانجیگری سرمایه روانشناختی در پرستاران زن بیمارستانهای نظامی شهر تهران بود.
مواد و روش ها: به لحاظ ماهیت و اهداف ، این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی به روش مدلسازی معادلات سـاختاری بود. جامعه پژوهشی آن تمامی پرستاران زن بیمارستانهای نظامی شهر تهران بودند. تعداد نمونـه در این پژوهش 330 نفر برآورد شد که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شـدند. بـرای انجـام ایـن پژوهش از پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش، تعهد سـازمانی آلـن و مـایر و سرمایه روانشاختی لوتانز استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آمـاری بـا نـرم افزارهـای SPSS و لیـزرل انجـام شـد.
یافته ها:نتایج پژوهش تاثیر تعهد سازمانی بر فرسودگی شغلی با نقش میانجی گری سرمایه روانشناختی در جامعه مورد مطالعه را تایید کرد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: مهمترین نتیجه این پژوهش این بود که با تقویت تعهد و سرمایه روانشناختی میتوان فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران را کاهش داد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Aim: The health sector is one of the most important areas of sustainable development in human societies due to its direct relationship with human health, which requires healthy, enthusiastic and highly motivated therapists. Nursing staff are among these therapists. The aim of this study was to design a structural model for predicting burnout based on organizational commitment mediated by psychological capital in female nurses of military hospitals in Tehran.
Methodology: This is a descriptive correlational study using structural equation modeling Was. The study population was all female nurses in military hospitals in Tehran. Number of samples In this study, 330 people were estimated who were randomly selected. To do this The study used the Maslash Burnout Questionnaire, Allen & Meyer Organizational Commitment Questionnaire, and Lutans Psychological Capital. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS and LISREL software.
Results: The results of the study confirmed the effect of organizational commitment on burnout with the mediating role of psychological capital in the study population.
Conclusion: The most important result of the present study was that by strengthening the commitment and psychological capital, nurses' burnout can be reduced.
