چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل رابطهی علی هوش هیجانی، یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی میباشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهشهای کاربردی و از شاخه پژوهشهای میدانی و از لحاظ زمان مقطعی میباشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش دربرگیرنده تمامی کارکنان سازمان آب شیراز در سال 1395 بوده و نمونه پژوهش تعداد 169 نفر از کارکنان سازمان آب بودهاند که به صورت دسترس از افراد جامعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری پژوهش پرسشنامه هوشهیجانی Bradberry and Greaves،پرسشنامه یادگیری سازمانیGomez و پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی Mousavijd میباشد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و LISREL در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد از چهار مؤلفه هوش هیجانی، دو مؤلفه خودآگاهی و مدیریت روابط با یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی همبستگی مثبت و معناداری دارند و برای دو مؤلفه خود مدیریتی و آگاهی اجتماعی با یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی رابطهای مشاهده نشد. به بیان دیگر، بین متغییر پیشبین (هوشهیجانی) و متغییر ملاک (یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی) رابطه معنادار وجود داشته و خودآگاهی و مدیریتروابط قادر به پیشبینی یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی میباشند.
The study examines the relationship between components of emotional intelligenc
( self-awareness , self-management , social awareness and relationship management) and organizational learning , also the relationship between components of emotional intelligence and organizational performance in Shiraz Water Organization. The purpose of the study in terms of applied research and field work research branch , in terms of time and in terms of data collected is cross correlation. The study population included all employees of the Water Organization in Shiraz in 1395 and a sample of 169 employees who were the availability of individuals will be selected. Measuring tools research were Bradberry and Greaves emotional intelligence questionnaire , Gomez organizational learning questionnaire , Mousavijad organizational performance. SPSS and LISREL are two software that using for both descriptive and inferential data analysis. The result showed a significant and positive correlation self-awareness and organizational learning , a significant and positive correlation relationship management and organizational learning , a significant and positive correlation self-awareness and organizational performance , a significant and positive correlation relationship management and organizational performance. There are no significant relationship between two other components ( self-management and social awareness) and organizational learning and organizational performance. In other words two components of emotional intelligence ( self-awareness and relationship management) predict organizational learning and organizational performance.
