فراتحلیل اثربخشی روش های مختلف درمان بر اضطراب امتحان فراگیران در ایران

اضطراب امتحان یکی از شایع ترین اضطراب هایی است که افراد در دوران تحصیل خود با آن مواجه می شوند؛ و عملکردشان بواسطه آن تحت تاثیر قرار می گیرد. روش های درمان متنوعی توسط پژوهشگران برای کاهش اضطراب امتحان به کار گرفته می شود. هدف این پژوهش فراتحلیل مطالعات انجام گرفته در زمینه تاثیر روشهای درمانی بر کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانش آموزان و دانشجویان است. برای انجام فراتحلیل از رویکرد هانتر و اشمیت استفاده شده است. از بین ۵۵ مطالعه شناسایی شده، ۳۷ مطالعه وارد تحلیل شد. با توجه اینکه برخی مطالعات از چندین متغیر یا مداخله استفاده کرده بودند، چندین بار در فرایند فراتحلیل بررسی شدند؛ که در نهایت ۳۳ اندازه اثر از کل پژوهشها به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که روشهای درمان رفتاری، شناختی و ترکیبی در درمان اضطراب امتحان مؤثرند. در این میان روش های درمان ترکیبی با اندازه اثر ۴۱/۱، در سطح آلفای کمتر از ۰۰۱/۰ معنادار است و لذا نسبت به روشهای دیگر اثربخش تر ارزیابی میشود. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند راهگشای تحقیقات در حوزه درمان اضطراب امتحان در آینده باشد.
Test anxiety of students is one of the most common anxiety that people encounter during their studies, and their performance will be affected by it. Different treatment methods used by researchers for reducing anxiety. The aim of this meta-analysis studies on the impact of treatment methods to reduce students test anxiety. Hunter and Schmidt were used for meta-analysis approach. Of the 55 studies identified, 37 study were analyzed. Given that some studies had used several variables or intervention, several times in the meta-analysis was conducted, which eventually yielded 33 effect sizes of the studies. The results showed that, behavioral, cognitive and effective combination methods in treating test anxiety. The combination therapy with effect size is 41/1, the alpha level less than 001/0 is meaningful, therefore more effective than other methods of assessing the screw. The findings can be helpful for researchers in studying in the field of treatment test anxiety.
