بررسی رابطه بین مهارت های مدیریتی و اثر بخشی گروهی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین مهارت مدیریتی و اثربخشی گروهی در ادارات زیرمجموعه تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی شهرستان سنندج است. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و هم چنین از لحاظ روش جزء پژوهش های پیمایشی- همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی و سازمان های تابعه در شهرستان سنندج است. نمونه آماری 244نفری براساس فرمول کوکران از بین جامعه آماری از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی- طبقه ای متناسب انتخاب گردید. روش های گردآوری اطلاعات، شامل 1) کتابخانه ای و 2) پیمایشی است. در این پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مهارت مدیریتی و اثربخشی گروهی به عنوان ابزار اصلی اندازه گیری و گردآوری داده ها استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از نرم افزار SPSS و برای برازش مدل و معادلات ساختاری متغیرها از نرم افزار لیزرل استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین مهارت مدیریتی مدیران و ابعاد مهارت ارتباطی، رهبری، تیم سازی و تصمیم گیری با اثربخشی گروهی رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationshipbetween managerial skills and group effectiveness in subordinate officesin Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Sanandaj city. Theresearch method was correlation survey. The statistical populationincluded all the Cooperative organizations, Labour and Social Welfareand subsidiary organizations in Sanandaj city. Using Cochrane formula244 people through sample ratio stratified random sampling were chosenas the sample size. To gather the data two researcher madequestionnaires were used (managerial skills and group effectiveness). Toanalyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics the SPSS software,for model fitting and structural equations the LISREL software wereused. The results showed that there was a positive significant relationshipbetween the managerial skill and communication, leadership, teamingand decision-making with group effectiveness.
