بررسی وضعیت کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در سال 1386

چکیده مقاله :
هدف عمده پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز بوده است. روش تحقیق پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری آن راتعداد 851 نفر ازکارکنان رسمی و پیمانی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در سال تحصیلی 87-86 تشکیل داده است.حجم نمونه کارکنان براساس فرمول کوکران 257 نفر تعیین گردیده است. روش نمونه گیری پژوهش از نوع طبقه ای نسبتی است.در ارتباط با روائی ابزار سنجش به نظرات متخصصین اکتفا شده و اعتبار ابزار با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 93/0 محاسبه گردیده است. نتایج آزمون های آماری نشان داده است که: از نظر آزمون شوندگان سطح کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز در حدمتوسط می باشد. بین کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان براساس وضعیت تأهل آنان تفاوت وجود دارد. بین کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان و سن آنان رابطه وجود دارد. بین کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان و سابقه کاری آنان رابطه وجود دارد. بین کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان زن و مرد تفاوت وجود دارد. بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تبریز تفاوت وجود دارد.
The basic purpose of this study has been to investigate the state and quality of the staff's work life in Islamic Azad university of Tabriz. The Research method is descriptive survey.The statistical population includes 851 people of regular and contract staff ofIslamic Azad University of Tabriz. The sampling volume was 251 using Cochran formula, and sampling was carried out according to the proportional and partial random sampling method. The validity of the measurement tools of inquiry has been confirmed by the educational experts.In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbachs Alpha – test was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.93. The statistical test results showed: 1- The quality level of Tabriz Azad university staff's work life was rated mediocre. All components of the life state (such as: Adequate and Fair Salary ؛Safe and Healthy Working Conditions ؛ Opportunity for Continued Growth and Security, Constitutionalism in the Organization; The Social Relevance of Work life; Total Life Space) except the component of total life general space are mediocre and the last-mentioned component was rated as low. 2- There was no significant difference between their marital status and the quality of work life. 3- There was a significant relationship between their age and quality of work life. 4- There was a significant relationship between their work experience and the quality of work life. 5- There was a significant relationship between sex and the quality of work life. 6- There was a significant difference between the present and ideal status of the quality of work life.
