هدف پژوهش حاضر اثر بخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس بر سلامت روان، رضایت شغلی و کیفیت خوابِ کارکنان پتروشیمی تبریز می باشد. برای این منظور از بین کارکنان مرد پتروشیمی تبریز ابتدا نمونه آماری(300 نفر) استخراج و بعد از پاسخ گویی به پرسشنامه های سلامت عمومی(GHQ-28)، رضایت شغلی (JDI) و کیفیت خواب(PSQI)، با توجه به روش آزمایشی طرح تحقیق (شبه آزمایشی) از هر گروه کاری(روزکارستادی، روزکار عملیاتی و نوبتکاری) 30 نفر و جمعاً 90 نفر که در امتیازات دو یا هر سه پرسشنامه، خارج از خط برش بوده اند، در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. مداخلۀ آموزشی (آموزش مدیریت استرس) بر روی گروه آزمایش، طی10جلسۀ 90 دقیقه ای برای هر سه گروه جمعاً 30 جلسه آموزش اعمال گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری به صورت توصیفی و استنباطی و نتایج یافته ها از طریق تحلیل کواریانس و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه به دست آمد. یافته های پژوهش نشان دادند که آموزش مدیریت استرس در سطح معنی داری(P<0/01) با سطح اطمینان 99 درصد باعث افزایش سلامت روان و افزایش رضایت شغلی و بهبود کیفیت خوابِ کارکنان پتروشیمی تبریز شده است .
This study examines the effectiveness of stress management training on the mental health, job satisfaction, and quality of sleep of Tabriz Petrochemical Company staff. For this purpose, out of the statistical population (300 male workers of Tabriz Petrochemical Company), who completed the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28), Job Satisfaction Inventory (JDI) and Sleep Quality Inventory (PSQI), 90 subjects were selected according to the Quasi-experimental research design (30 individuals from each working group, i.e., clerical daily staff, operational daily staff, and shift work staff, whose scores in two or all questionnaires were out of the cut-off range). The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental and control groups. Intervention (stress management training) was conducted for the experimental group (10 sessions of 90-minute classes, a total of 30 sessions for three groups). The data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics, and the results were obtained through one-way variance and covariance analysis. The results indicated that stress management training increased the mental health, job satisfaction, and sleep quality of Tabriz Petrochemical Company staff significantly (P<0.01) at the confidence level of 99%.
