نقش مدیریت در تدوین راهکارهای اثر بخش توسعه (مطالعه موردی: شهر تبریز)

چکیده مقاله :
در جهان کنونی با توجه به افزایش جمعیت و تبدیل شهرها به اماکن صنعتی نیاز به یک سیستم مدیریتی به منظور تدوین اصول و راه کارهای مربوط به این توسعه احساس می‌گردد. از طرفی مدیریت شهری به عنوان بخشی از دانش مدیریت بایستی به مقوله زیست محیطی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین اجزائی تأثیر‌گذار در ساختار شهرها به منظور ایجاد مطلوبیت محیطی برای ساکنین توجه نماید. مقاله حاضر حاصل پژوهشی است با هدف اصلی بررسی عوامل مؤثر در تدوین راه کارهای مناسب و اثر بخش مقوله توسعه در حوزه مدیریت حاکم بر شهر که براساس روش تحقیق پیمایشی و با چارچوب قیاسی انجام یافته است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق اسناد و مدارک، مشاهدات، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه با مقیاس لیکرت صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری نیز ساکنین شهر تبریز با حجم نمونه 260 در نظر گرفته شده است. آزمون فرضیه‌ها استفاده از روش t-student بوده و یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر این مهم است که نقش مدیریت شهری با برنامه ریزی اصولی و تأمین سرانه مناسب و ارائه آموزش‌های عمومی لازم و ایجاد مشارکت عمومی و توجه به توسعه آتی شهر در مقابله با اثرات سوء توسعه روزن افزون جمعیت و صنعتی شدن، موثر و حائز اهمیت است.
Regarding the increase of population in today’s world and turning cities into industrial places, the need for a management system is felt to compile principles and approaches related to this development. On the other hand, as a category of management science, urban management should pay attention to ecology as one of the most important parts affective city structure that creates a desirable environment for the residents. The present article is the result of a research which is conducted with the main goal to study the effective factors in compiling suitable and effective approaches for development in urban management system. The research was conducted by survey method with comparative framework. The information was gathered from documents, observations, interviews and questionnaires with Likert scale. The statistical population was the residents of Tabriz with the sample size of 260, and testing the hypotheses was done using t-student method. The findings of the research explain that the role of urban management is effective and important to fight against the negative effects of day-by-day increase of population and industrialization through orderly planning, providing suitable capitation, conducting public training, creating public contribution and paying attention to the future development of the city.
