شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل موثر بر بهرهوری سازمان با استفاده از مدل دیماتل

چکیده مقاله :
بهبود کیفی عامل کار، کسب مهارتهای جدید وشناسایی عوامل دیگر به سازمان کمک می کند در جهت ارتقای خود تلاش کند. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی مؤثرترین عامل ها برای ارتقای بهره وری سازمان می باشد. این تحقیق به لحاظ روش از نوع پیمایشی و از حیث هدف، کاربردی است. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش، پرسش نامه ای تهیه، با بررسی نظر خبرگان و استفاده از آزمون کرونباخ روایی و پایایی سؤالات مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از مدل دیماتل، ارتباط بین معیارهای علت و معلول را می توان به یک ساختار هوشمند برای سیستم تبدیل کرد، هدف مدل رتبه بندی و شناسایی شاخص های تأثیر گذار بر بهره وری سازمان صندوق رفاه دانشجویان وزارت بهداشت و آموزش پزشکی می باشد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی نشان می دهد که عوامل اجتماعی-روانی تأثیر شگرفی بر بهره وری سازمان دارند.
Improvement of the quality of work factor, acquisition of new skills, and identification of other factors help the organization to make efforts to upgrade itself. The present study aims to identify the most effective factors on improving organizational productivity. The research is a survey regarding its method and applied from the viewpoint of its objective. For data collection a questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by obtaining the approval of ten experts and its reliability was measured through the use of Cronbach’s alpha. The data were analyzed by DEMATEL modal, which turned the relationship between cause and effect criteria into an intelligent structure for the system. The purpose of the model was ranking and identifying the indices effective on the productivity of the student welfare fund of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The results of the research indicate that the social- psychological factors have a significant effect on the productivity of the organization.
