بررسی میزان انطباق شرکتهای سازنده قطعات خودرو تبریز با اهرمهای سیستم تولیدی JIT

چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق سعی دارد درجه سازگاری شرکتهای تولید کننده قطعات خودرو با اهرم های سیستم تولیدی JIT را مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار دهد. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه مجزا استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه اول جهت تعیین وضعیت موجود شرکتهای سازنده قطعات خودرو با شرایط اهرمهای سیستم تولید بموقع در اختیار97 نفر از مدیران تولید آنها قرار گرفت. در این پرسشنامه 42 سوال پنج گزینه ای مطرح شده بود که سؤالات در محدوده 100- 0 امتیازبندی شده بودند. از آنجایی که اهمیت وزنی معیارهای فرعی اهرمها متفاوت بودند بدین منظور پرسشنامه دوم (ماتریس مقایسات زوجی) جهت تعیین درجه اهمیت معیارها، مجدداً در اختیار همان 97 نفر قرار گرفت. سرانجام با استفاده از فرمول میانگین وزنی درجه سازگاری شرکتهای سازنده قطعات خودرو با هر یک از اهرمهای سیستم تولیدی JIT اندازه گیری گردید. پس از محاسبات مربوط به میانگین درجه سازگاری شرکتها با اهرمهای سیستم JIT ، نمودار راداری نشان داد که وضعیت شرکتهای سازنده قطعات خودرو در شهرستان تبریز با شرایط اهرمهای سیستم تولید بموقع تا حد نسبتاً زیادی از سطح مطلوب فاصله دارد.
This paper tries to investigate the adaptation rate of car parts producing firms with Just in Time system’s criteria. Two questionnaires have been used for data gathering. The first one has been used to determine the current situation of the firms in terms of JIT system’s characteristics by 97 production managers of the firms. This questionnaire included 42 Five-statement questions that were scored in the range of 0-100. The second questionnaire (paired comparison matrix) was used for determining the importance weight of the sub criteria. Finally the adaptation rate of car part producing firms with JIT system’s criteria was measured using the weight mean formula. After calculations, radar chart showed that there is a relatively great gap between the situation of car part producing firms in Tabriz and the Just in Time systems.
