بررسی رابطه بین انواع سبکهای رهبری با میزان تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان

چکیده مقاله :
امروزه در مطالعات مدیریتی بحث پیرامون تفکر استراتژیک و سبکهای رهبری مدیران بویژه در سطح سازمانی جایگاه خاصی را به خود اختصاص داده است. به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین سبکهای رهبری با میزان تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران سازمانهای دولتی شهرکرمان با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌پردازد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از شیوه میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری 133 نفر از مدیران سازمانهای دولتی شهر کرمان است که با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخت از بین ایشان داده های لازم استخراج گردیده است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به کمک استفاده از آزمونهایT، ANOVA و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بوده است. نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهد که بین سبک رهبری بی‌خاصیت و تفکر استراتژیک کارکنان رابطه معنی‌دار و عکس وجود دارد. بین سبک رهبری وظیفه مدار و تفکر استراتژیک مدیران رابطه معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. بین سبک رهبری میانه‌رو و تفکر استراتژیک مدیران رابطه معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. بین سبک رهبری باشگاهی و تفکر استراتژیک مدیران رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد. بین سبک رهبری تیمی و تفکر استراتژیک مدیران رابطه معنی‌دار و مثبتی وجود دارد. بنابراین مدیران بیشتر از سبک رهبری تیمی استفاده می‌کنند و مدیرانی که این سبک را دارند به طور میانگین از بیشترین میزان تفکر استراتژیک برخوردارند.
Nowadays, discussions on the strategic thinking and managers' leadership styles, especially at the organizational level, have gained a special position in the studies of management. For this reason, the present research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership styles and the rate of strategic thinking among the managers of Kerman governmental organizations. The research method is descriptive-correlational. Field survey and library studies have been used for data collection. The statistical population consists of 133 managers of governmental organizations in Kerman, and the required data was obtained from the researcher-made questionnaires completed by the subjects. Data analysis was carried out through the use of T test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between inefficient leadership style and the managers' strategic thinking. There is no significant relationship between duty-oriented leadership and managers' strategic thinking. There is no significant relationship between moderate leadership and managers' strategic thinking. However, it was found that there is a positive relationship between club leadership and managers' strategic thinking. Also, there is a significant positive relation between team leadership style and strategic thinking. Therefore, managers mostly use team leadership style, and the managers who employ this style possess, on average, the greatest rate of strategic thinking.
