مدیران امروز سعی می کنند تا با استفاده از روشهای علمی علاوه بر افزایش کیفیت محصولات، قیمت تمام شده آن را هم کاهش دهند. پایش وضعیت[1] یکی از فنونی است که در سالهای اخیر مورد استقبال بیشتر مدیران صنعت قرار گرفته و البته منافع زیادی را هم عاید سازمانها نموده است. تحلیل ارتعاشات[2] یکی از روشهای پایش وضعیت است که با به کارگیری آن در صنعت به طور چشمگیری میتوان از دوباره کاری ها جلوگیری نمود و هزینههای یک شرکت تولیدی را کاهش داد. برای نشان دادن تأثیر این فن در بهبود کارایی فرآیند تولید، شرکت صنایع چوب و کاغذ مازندران به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب شده و نحوهی استفاده صحیح از سیستم پایش وضعیت از طریق تحلیل ارتعاشات مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق مشخص شده است که چگونه میتوان با آگاهی به موقع از خرابیهای دستگاهها و اعمال تعمیرات پیشگیرانه جلوی زیان قبل از وقوع گرفته شود و ثانیاً در مصرف قطعات و وقت نیروی انسانی در نگهداری و تعمیر ماشینآلات صرفه جویی شده و در نهایت سازمان به سمت بهبود کارایی هدایت شود. Nowadays, managers try to use scientific methods to increase the quality of goods, and simultaneously reduce their final prices as well. Condition Monitoring (CM) is one of the methods which has been popular among industrial managers in recent years and of course it has provided many benefits for organizations. Analyzing the vibrations is one of the condition monitoring methods, and by using it we can avoid rework, and reduce the company's costs considerably. To show this effect for efficiency improvement of production process, Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries has been selected as a case study, and the vibration analysis, one method of the conditions monitoring has been applied. In this research, we have shown how to prevent stoppages and damages of the equipment by in-time awareness and by imposing preventive repairs. Secondly, considerable conservation in consumption of parts and manpower will be achieved for repairing and maintenance of equipment in order to guide the organization toward efficiency improvement.
