چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق در راستای بررسی نقش مدیریت محله‌ای بر بهبود عملکرد و افزایش بهره‌وری کسب‌وکارهای خانگی در کلان‌شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق به کار گرفته‌شده در این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر نوع داده‌ها کمی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق عبارت از کلیه کارکنان شهرداری منطقه 15 در شهر تهران می‌باشد که تعداد آنها حدوداً 1500 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش روش نمونه‌گیری ساده است. از جامعه آماری مذکور با توجه به ضوابط نمونه‌گیری (بر اساس شیوة نمونه‌گیری مندرج در جدول مورگان (تعداد 750 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شده، سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در چهار بعد و 32 گویه تنظیم و بر اساس مقیاس پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت و گویه های مستخرجِ در نمونه آماری تحقیق مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است. در بخش آمار توصیفی نیز، توصیف داده‌ها در دو بخش متغیرهای زمینه‌ای و متغیرهای اصلی ارائه گردیده و در بخش آمار استنباطی، جهت بررسی فرضیه‌ها از آزمون رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. با توجه به داده‌های تحقیق می‌توان گفت، مدیریت محله‌ای بر بهبود عملکرد و افزایش بهره‌وری کسب‌وکارهای خانگی در کلان‌شهر تهران اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد.
The current applied, descriptive and correlational study was undertaken to investigate the extent to which neighborhood-oriented management can promote home business performance and productivity in 15 districts of Tehran, the metropolitan capital of Iran. The research population comprised 1500 employees in 15 districts out of whom a simple random sample of 750 was selected based on Morgan Table. The research data were collected using a researcher-made and piloted five-point Likert scale questionnaire comprising 4 factors and 32 items which tapped the participants’ responses. Having collected the research data, we initially calculated the descriptive statistics like absolute and the relative frequency, the mean, the standard deviation and the variance of background and main variables. Further, the data were analyzed inferentially via correlation, multiple regression and F-Test to verify the research hypotheses. The results confirmed the significant positive effect of neighborhood-oriented management on the promotion of home business performance and productivity in the metropolitan city of Tehran.
