چکیده مقاله :
در ایـن پـژوهش، لایـه نـازک دی اکـسید تیتـانیوم دوپ شـده باوانـادیوم، روی زیرلایـههـای شیـشهای بـا روش ســل-ژل تهیــه شــد. ســپس ساختارکریــستالی و ویژگــیهــای ســطحی پوشــش بــه وســیله روشهــایXRD و FTIRمــورد مطالعــه قرارگرفــت. ویژگــی هــای اپتیکــی لایــهی نــازک دی اکــسید تیتــانیوم بــا اســتفاده از روش UV/Vis–Spectrophotometer بررســی شــد. خاصــیت فتوکاتالیــستی لایــه هــای نــازک بــا اســتفاده از تخریــب methylene blue مــورد ارزیــابی قــرار گرفــت. نتــایج نــشان دادندکــه افــزایش وانــادیوم بــه دی اکسیدتیتانیوم باعث کـاهش انـرژی فاصـله بانـد و انتقـال لبـهی جـذب از نـور مـاورابنفش بـه طـرف نـورمرئی شـده است و بازدهی فتوکاتالیستی دی اکسیدتیتانیوم با افزایش وانادیم کاهش یافته است
