اثر بازدارندگی اسانس روغنی چند گیاه دارویی بر قارچ پنی سیلیوم جدا شده از پرتقال

امروزه منابع گیاهی به عنوان جانشین مواد شیمیایی در داروها و مواد غذایی مورد توجه روز افزون قرار گرفته اند. بدون شک استفاده از عصاره و اسانس گیاهان می تواند جایگزین بسیار مناسبی باشد. چرا که ثابت شده است اسانس برخی گیاهان دارای خاصیت ضد میکروبی است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثر ضد قارچی اسانسهای روغنی گیاهان دارویی آویشن، زیره، مرزه و میخک در غلظتهای مختلف روی گونه ای از قارچ پنیسیلیوم جداسازی شده از میوه پرتقال صورت گرفت. اثر ضد قارچی اسانسهای یاد شده با روش آمیختگی با محیط کشت سیب زمینی دکستروز آگار، درغلظتهای 250، 500 و750 میکرولیتر در لیتر بررسی شد. میزان رشد قطر کلنی قارچ پس از 8 روز در حرارت 25 درجه سلیسیوس اندازه گیری گردید و دادهها توسط نرم افزار MSTAT-C آنالیز شدند. در این مطالعه، اسانس همه گیاهان در تمام غلظت ها با اختلاف معنی دار در سطح یک درصد نسبت به شاهد خاصیت بازدارندگی رشد قارچ از خود نشان دادند. اما فعالیت ضد قارچی اسانسها با گذشت زمان با کاهش همراه بود. اسانس آویشن در تمام غلظت ها و اسانس میخک در غلظت های 500 و 750 میکرولیتر بالاترین اثر ضد قارچی را داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که اسانس های آویشن و میخک اثر بازدارندگی مناسبی بر قارچ پنی سیلیوم دارند.
Today plant sources as substitutes for chemicals in food and drugs have received increasing attention. The use of essential oils and plant extracts can certainly be a good alternative as antimicrobial effects of some plants oils has proven. This study was aimed to determine the antifungal effects of essential oils of thyme, cumin, savory and cloves in different concentrations on Penicillium fungus. The antifungal effects of the medicinal plant (thyme, cumin, savory and cloves) essential oils at concentrations of 250, 500 and 750 µl /L were investigated by pour plate method in potato dextrose agar medium. Fungal growth zone diameter was measured after 8 days at 25 ºC and data were analyzed by MSTAT-C software. The essential oils of all plants at all concentrations had significant antifungal effects as compared to the control. But it decreased with increasing the experiment time. Clove oil at all concentrations and thyme oil in 500 and 750 µl /L concentration had the highest anti-fungal effects. The result showed that thyme and clove essential oils have high inhibition effects against Penicillium sp.
