چکیده: هدف اساسی پژوهش حاضر بررسی محیط روانشناختی و مؤلفههای آن در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمام مدیران واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تشکیل میدهند. با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی مرحلهای و طبقهبندی تعداد 540 نفر از مدیران واحدهای مختلف دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و به ازای هر مدیر 3 نفر از کارکنان تحت سرپرستی آنها یعنی 1620 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش عبارت است از پرسشنامه محققساخته محیط روانشناختی که بر روی کارکنان اجرا شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه است و آزمون پیگردی LSD نشان داد که: 1- بین محیط روانشناختی واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به تفکیک منطقه تفاوت معنیدار وجود ندارد. 2- بین ابعاد پاداش، دوستی، پشتیبانی و استقلال از ابعاد محیط روانشناختی به تفکیک منطقه تفاوت معنیدار وجود دارد. 3- بین ابعاد تعارض، کنترل شغلی، روابط بین فردی، تعهد کاری، فشار کاری، اعتبار و احترام سازمانی از ابعاد محیط روانشناختی به تفکیک منطقه تفاوت معنیدار وجود ندارد.
Abstract The main purpose of the present research was to study the psychological environment and its components in Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population of the study included all the IAU managers in different branches. Stratified random sampling was used to select 540 managers and 3 employees under their supervision which amounted to 1620. A researcher-made questionnaire about psychological environment was administered to collect data from managers and their employees. One-way ANOVA and LSD follow-up test indicated that: 1) There are not significant differences between the psychological environment indices of the IAU branches in different districts. 2) There are significant differences between the components of reward, friendship, support, and autonomy. 3) There are not significant differences between the components of conflict, job control, interpersonal relationships, job commitment, job stress, organizational respect and validation in different districts of IAU.
