بررسی عوامل موثر بر مبارزه با فساد بر اساس مطالعات تطبیقی کشورهای منتخب : با رویکرد مدیریت رفتار سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر مبارزه با فساد با رویکرد مدیریت رفتار سازمانی در اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی بر اساس مطالعات تطبیقی صورت گرفته در کشورهای دانمارک، فنلاند و نیوزلند ، سنگاپور و سوئد که دارای رتبه اول و دوم بهترین عملکرد در مبارزه با فساد بر اساس وضعیت شاخص فساد جهانی انجام گرفت. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی -همبستگی و از حیث جمع آوری اطلاعات، پیمايشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی و هیئت های زیر مجموعه به تعداد 890 نفر انتخاب شد. حجم نمونه طبق فرمول محدود کوکران برابر با 268 نفر به دست آمد. روش نمونه گیری از نوع تصادفی ساده بود. از روش میدانی و ابزار پرسشنامه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. در اين تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد بوردیا و همکاران (۲۰۰0) برای متغیر صداقت سازمانی ، از پرسشنامه باتیمن و همکاران(2004) برای متغیر اخلاق کاری ،از پرسشنامه بالفور و وکسلر (۱۹۹۶) برای متغیر تعهد سازمانی ،از پرسشنامه استاندارد ویلیامز و اندرسون (1991) برای متغیر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و از پرسشنامه عبدالهی (1392) برای متغیر مبارزه با فساد استفاده شد . پایـایی پرسشنامه به روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن به روش روایی محتوا و کسب نظر از اساتید دانشگاهی مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS و لیزرل استفاده شد.نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که صداقت سازمانی، اخلاق کاری ، تعهد سازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بر مبارزه با فساد در اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی تاثیر مثبت دارد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective factors in fighting corruption with the organizational behavior management approach in the sports and youth department of Central Province based on comparative studies conducted in Denmark, Finland, New Zealand, Singapore and Sweden, which have the first and second best performance in the fight. With corruption, it was done based on the status of the global corruption index. The research was of a descriptive-correlation type and in terms of data collection, it was a survey. The statistical population of the research was all the employees of the Sports and Youth Department of the Central Province and the sub-committees in the number of 890 people. According to Cochran's limited formula, the sample size was equal to 268 people. The random sampling method was simple. Field method and questionnaire tool were used for data analysis. In this research, the standard questionnaire of Bourdia et al. (2000) for the variable of organizational honesty, from the questionnaire of Bateman et al. (2004) for the variable of work ethics, from the questionnaire of Balfour and Wechsler (1996) for the variable of organizational commitment, from the standard questionnaire of Williams and Anderson ( 1991) was used for the variable of organizational citizenship behavior and Abdulahi's questionnaire (2013) was used for the variable of fighting against corruption. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method and its validity was confirmed by content validity method and obtaining opinions from university professors. SPSS and Lisrel software were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that organizational honesty, work ethics, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect on the fight against corruption in the Sports and Youth Department of Central Province.
