The Watson Camera Regression and Statistics test showed that comprehensive quality management is able to predict productivity, meaning that 10% of productivity changes related to support and leadership of top management of organization, 9% of productivity changes related to program Strategic planning and 10% of productivity changes are related to staff identification and training. Considering the results of the research and the changes in productivity using comprehensive quality management, sports organizations, especially the sports boards under study, should pay particular attention to implementing and continuing to use comprehensive quality management. Since the establishment of a comprehensive quality management system in the past decades, it has been considered as an effective way to implement inclusive quality, increase productivity, effectiveness and sustainable development of sport organizations and institutions.
