شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر فرایند انتقال تکنولوژی در حوزه مهندسی و ساخت خودرو (مورد مطالعه:گروه صنعتی ایران خودرو)

چکیده مقاله :
شناسایی عوامل موثر بر فرایند انتقال تکنولوژی یکی از مهمترین پیش نیازهای این فرایند می باشد، فقدان انجام پژوهش در زمینه انتقال تکنولوژی در حوزه مهندسی و ساخت خودرو پژوهشگر را بر ان داشت تا نسبت به انجام این پژوهش اقدام نماید.هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر فرایند انتقال تکنولوژی و تعیین شکاف های موجود در حوزه مهندسی و ساخت خودرو در گروه صنعتی ایرانخودرو بوده، جامعه آماری تحقیق برای بخش دلفی،10 نفر از خبرگان و برای بخش تحلیل اماری، 93 نفر از افراد صاحبنظر در حوزه مهندسی و ساخت خودرو می باشند.در این پژوهش از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه باز بهرهبرداری شد. روش تحقیق دلفی بوده و تحلیل اماری با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS به روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام شده است،. مقادیر ازمونKMO، بارتلت ،r و همچنین شاخص های اشتراک نشان از همبستگی بین متغیر ها داشته و از درجه اعتبار کافی برخوردار می باشد. نتایج نشان داد اگر ایرانخودرو بخواهد 19 شکاف شناسایی شده در حوزه مهندسی و ساخت را مرتفع یا کاهش دهد باید به 3 عامل مشارکت فراسازمانی، زیرساخت، آگاهی و دانش توجه بیشتری نماید.9 شکاف شناسایی شده با توجه نمودن به عامل مشارکت فراسازمانی، 5 شکاف شناسایی شده با مد نظر قرار دادن عامل زیرساخت و 5 شکاف شناسایی شده دیگر نیز با توجه ویژه به عامل آگاهی و دانش قابل کاهش می باشند.
Identifying the factors affecting the technology transfer process is one of the most important prerequisites for this process.The lack of research on technology transfer in the field of engineering and automotive manufacturing prompted the researcher to conduct this research.The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the factors affecting the technology transfer process and determine the gaps in the field of engineering and automotive manufacturing in the IranKhodro Industrial Group.The statistical population of the research for the Delphi section is 10 experts and for the statistical analysis section,93 experts in the field of engineering and automotive manufacturing. In this research,interview and open questionnaire tools were used.The research method was Delphi and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software using exploratory factor analysis.The values of KMO, Bartlett,r test,and also the commonality indices indicate the correlation between the variables and have sufficient validity.The results showed that if Iran Khodro wants to eliminate or reduce the 19 identified gaps in the field of engineering and manufacturing,it should pay more attention to the three factors of trans-organizational participation, infrastructure, awareness,and knowledge.9 identified gaps can be reduced by considering the trans-organizational participation factor,5 identified gaps can be reduced by considering the infrastructure factor,and another 5 identified gaps can be reduced by paying special attention to the awareness and knowledge factor
