تحلیل الگوهای غالب روابط موضوعی در زوجهای ایرانی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش تحلیل الگوهای غالب روابط موضوعی در زوجهای ایرانی بود. این مطالعه کیفی و با روی آورد تحلیل درون مایه ای انجام شد. ارزیابی با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعه بر روی 10 نفر (8 زن و 2 مرد) انجام شد. روش نمونهبرداری هدفمند بود و داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق بالینی جمع آوری و به روش تحلیل درون مایه ای مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده ها نشان دادند 3 درون مایه فراگیر شامل درون مایه خویشتن با دو زیرطبقه ارزش خویشتن ( شامل نابسندگی، صلاحیت و بسندگی) و نقش خویشتن (شامل مسئولیت پذیری ناروا، سردرگمی نقش)، درون مایه دیگری با دو زیرطبقه جایگاه دیگری ( شامل انفعال و بی مسئولیتی پدر، مادر فعل پذیر، والدین غایب، دیگران حمایت گر) و درون مایه طرحواره دیگری (شامل مقایسه گری، فزون مهارگری، والدین مضطرب، والدین پرخاشگر، والدین پرتوقع و والدین بی ثبات) و در نهایت درون مایه ارتباط، با دو زیرطبقه بازمانه هیجانی (شامل فضای سرد تعاملی، احساس فاصله و نادیده گرفته شدن، احساس رهاشدگی و احساس تنهایی) و بازمانه شناختی (شامل احساس کهتری و ناارزندگی و فزون مهارشدگی) مشخص شد. الگوهای به دست آمده بر اساس نظریه های روان پویشی به ویژه روی آورد روابط موضوعی به دست آمد. یافتهها حاکی از آن هستند که آنچه در فضای تعاملی زوج ها در قالب های آسیب شناختی تجلّی می یابد، مبتنی بر روابطی است که به نخستین مراقبان دوره کودکی مربوط می شود
This study aimed to analyze the dominant patterns of object relations in Iranian couples. Based on a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. The evaluation was done on 10 participants (8 females and 2 males) considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling method was purposeful and the data were collected using deep clinical interviews and evaluated using thematic analysis. Data analysis showed that 3 inclusive themes: "oneself" theme with two subcategories of self-worth (including insufficiency, competence, and sufficiency) and, the role of oneself (including undue responsibility, role confusion), “other one” theme with two subcategories of the position of another one (including passivity and irresponsibility of father, active mother, absent parents, supportive others) and schema of another one (including comparison, mastery increase, anxious parents, aggressive parents, abusive parents, and unstable parents), and “relationship” theme with two subcategories of emotional survival (including unfriendly interactive relationship, a sense of distance and neglected, sense of abandonment and loneliness) and cognitive survival (including sense of obedience, worthlessness, and controlled increase). The obtained patterns are based on psychodynamic theories and object relations. According to the findings, the pathology of relationships between couples is based on the relationships that are associated with first caregivers in their childhood.
