اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی تعدیل شده بر اختلال سلوک کودکان با رگه های برجستۀ بی رحمی ـ بی احساسی

چکیده مقاله :
هـدف ایـن پژوهـش تعییـن اثربخشـی رفتاردرمانـی تعدیلشـده بـر نشـانههای اختـال سـلوک بـا ویژگـی برجسـتۀ بیرحمـی ـ بیاحساسـی و طـرح پژوهـش از نـوع کاربـردی و بـا توجـه بـه شـیوه جمـعآوری دادههـا شـبهتجربی تـک آزمودنـی بـا خطـوط پایـه منفـرد بـود. نمونـۀ موردنظـر 3 نفـر از کـودکان دارای نشـانههای اختـال سـلوک بـود کـه در سـال تحصیلـی 98-99 در مـدارس شهرسـتان تبریـز مشـغول بـه تحصیـل بودنـد و بـه شـیوۀ در دسـترس و هدفمنـد و بـا توجـه بـه ماکهـای ورود و خـروج انتخـاب شـدند. بـرای شناسـایی کـودکان واجـد رگـۀ بیرحمـی – بیاحساسـی از سـیاهۀ بیرحمـی- بیاحساسـی (فریـک، 2003) اسـتفاده شـد. همچنیـن بـرای اجـرای رفتاردرمانـی تعدیلشـده از بسـتۀ آموزشـی محقـق سـاخته برگرفتـه از آموزههـای میلـر و دیگـران (2014) و واچ بـوش و دیگـران (2019) و جهـت ارزیابـی نشـانههای اختـال سـلوک از مقیـاس اختالهـای رفتـار ایذایـی (پلهـام، نـاژی، گرینزلیـد و میلیـچ، 1992) در مراحـل خـط پایـه و مداخلـه اسـتفاده شـد. تحلیـل دادههـا بـا اسـتفاده از روش ترسـیم نمودارهـا و محاسـبه درصـد بهبـودی و انـدازۀ اثـر نشـان داد کـه رفتاردرمانـی تعدیلشـده در کاهـش نشـانههای کـودکان مبتـلا بـه اختـلال سـلوک بـا ویژگـی برجسـتۀ بیرحمـی ـ بیاحساسـی اثربخـش اسـت. بـر اسـاس یافتههـای پژوهـش میتـوان گفـت اسـتفادۀ از رفتاردرمانـی تعدیلشـده دارای تلویحـات عملـی در کاهـش نشـانههای اختـلال سـلوک اسـت کـه بـرای والدیـن، مشـاوران و بالینگـران قابـل توصیـه اسـت.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of modified behavior therapy on conduct disorder symptoms in chil- dren with callous-unemotional traits. In the single-case experimental design with multiple baselines, three boys with conduct disorder were selected by Available and purposeful according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. For this purpose, Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits (Frick, 2003) was used to identify children with callous-unemotional traits. Modified Behavioral Therapy for the implementation of a self-made training package derived from the teachings of Miller et.al (2014) and Waschbusch et.al (2019), and Parent Disruptive Behavior Disorders Rating Scales (Pellham, Gnagy, Greenslade & Milich, 1992) for investigating con- duct disorder symptoms in the baseline and intervention stages were used. Data analysis by using graphs and calculation of improve- ment percentage and effect size showed that modified behavior therapy has a clinical effect on reducing conduct disorder symptoms. Based on research findings, it can be said that the use of modified behavior therapy has practical implications for reducing conduct disorder symptoms, and is recommended for parents, counselors, and clinicians.
