مقایسة اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر بازسازی شناختی و کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی (MBSR) بر استرس ادراک شده، خستگی روانی و تنظیم هیجان پرستاران ارومیه

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش، مقایسة اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر بازسازی شناختی و اثربخشی کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی(MBSR) بر خستگی روانی، استرس ادراکشده و تنظیم هیجان پرستاران بود. روش تحقیق، نیمه آزمایشی، با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و گروه کنترل با جامعة آماری کلیة پرستاران بیمارستان شفای ارومیه(n=85) بود، که 45 نفر از آنها به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل(هر گروه 15 نفر) به طور تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای تحقیق شامل آزمون خستگی روانی فرون و تیدل، پرسشنامه هیجانات واتسن، مقیاس استرس ادراک شده کوهن و نیز بستههای آموزش تکنیکهای مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر بازسازی شناختی(12 جلسه) و MBSR (8جلسه) با اجرای غیرهمزمان توسط شخص محقق به فاصلة یکماه از هم، بود. آنالیز دادهها به صورت تحلیل کوواریانس تک راهه با نرمافزار SPSS بود. یافتهها نشان داد که آموزش MBSR بر کاهش استرس ادراک شده تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر بازسازی شناختی دارد. در متغیرهای خستگی روانی و تنظیم هیجان تفاوت معناداری در اثربخشی دو روش مشاهده نشد(در سطح معنیداری 05/0). در نتیجه، شرکت در جلسات درمان آموزش مدیریت خشم مبتنی بر بازسازی شناختی و MBSR باعث شد تا پرستاران با احساسات، هیجانها و افکار خود آشنا و قادر به کنترل هیجانهای منفی خود شوند از این طریق سطوح کمتری از استرس ادراک شده و خستگی روانی را تجربه کنند.
This study intended to compare the effectiveness of group training of anger management based on cognitive reconstructing and mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) on mental fatigue, perceived stress, and emotion regulation in nurses. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-, and post-test design and a control group, statistical population included all the nurses of Shafa hospital in Urmia (n=85), among them 45 people were selected through on-hand method and were randomly assigned in two experimental and one control groups (each group 15 people). The research instruments included mental fatigue scale (Feron & Tidel), perceived stress scale (Cohen), and emotions questionnaire (Watson) and anger management based on cognitive reconstructing and MBSR packages. Data analysis was done by one-way analysis of covariance with SPSS software. The findings indicated that MBSR was more effective than anger management based on cognitive reconstructing regarding decreased perceived stress. No significant difference was observed regarding the effectiveness of two methods on both variables of mental fatigue and emotion regulation (in sig level of 0.05). In conclusion, participating in anger management training sessions based on cognitive restructuring and MBSR makes nurses familiar with their feelings, emotions and thoughts and can control their negative emotions, thereby experiencing lower levels of perceived stress and mental fatigue.
