چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر مهارتهای ارتباطی، امنیت روانی-اجتماعی و وابستگی به شبکه های اجتماعی در دانش آموزان دختر دارای اعتیاد به فضای مجازی بود. این پژوهش به شیوه نیمه آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه آماری دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه دوم دارای اعتیاد به فضای مجازی در شهرستان کلیبر بودند که از این جامعه به روش در دسترس تعداد 74 دانش آموز انتخاب شده و پرسشنامه اعتیاد به فضای مجازی تکمیل شد و دانش آموزانی که نمره آن ها در پرسشنامه اعتیاد به فضای مجازی یانگ در دامنه بین 80 تا 100 (نمره برش و به عنوان اعتیاد به فضای مجازی) بود؛ 40 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (20 نفر) و گروه کنترل (20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های اعتیاد به فضای مجازی، پرسشنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی، امنیت روانی اجتماعی و وابستگی به شبکه های اجتماعی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر وابستگی به فضای مجازی و مؤلفه های(عادت، اعتیاد و درگیری بالا) تأثیر دارد(05/0>P). همچنین آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر امنیت روانی اجتماعی و مؤلفه های(اطمینان به خود، احساس ناخوشنودی، ناسازگاری محیطی و دید مردم نسبت به خود) و مهارتهای ارتباطی و مؤلفه های(بازخورد، گوش دادن و مهارت کلامی) تأثیر دارد (05/0>P).
The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of life skills training on communication skills, psycho-social security and dependence on social networks in female students with cyberspace addiction. This research is a semi-experimental type of pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of secondary school female students with cyberspace addiction in Kalibar city, 74 students were selected from this population using the available method, and the cyberspace addiction questionnaire was completed, and the students whose scores in the cyberspace addiction questionnaire were Yang's cyberspace was in the range between 80 and 100 (cut score and as cyberspace addiction); 40 people were selected as a sample and were replaced in two experimental groups (20 people) and control group (20 people). In order to collect data, cyberspace addiction questionnaires, communication skills questionnaires, psychosocial security and social network addiction questionnaires were used. Data analysis was done by multivariate analysis of covariance test. The results showed that life skills training has an effect on dependence on cyberspace and its components (habit, addiction and high involvement) (P<0.05). Also, life skills training has an effect on psychosocial security and its components (self-confidence, feeling of unhappiness, environmental incompatibility and people's view of themselves) and communication skills and components (feedback, listening and verbal skills) (05 /0>P).
