چکیده مقاله :
چکیده زمینه: بررسی و شناخت وضعیت و تنگناهای توسعهی فعالیت های کارآفرینانه به لحاظ پایداری، ازجمله مسایلی است که امروزه در برنامهریزی و سیاستگذاری کسب و کارهای کارآفرینانه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش سطح پایداری در فعالیت های کارآفرینانه کشاورزی در استان کرمانشاه انجام شد. روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. به منظور جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز از دو روش اسنادی و میدانی (پرسش نامه) استفاده شد که روایی محتوایی آن توسط تعدادی از کارشناسان و اساتید گروه کشاورزی و کارآفرینی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه مورد بررسی، اصلاح و تایید قرار گرفت. ضریب اعتبار پرسشنامه کارآفرینان کشاورزی و کارشناسان 72/0 و 82/0 به دست آمد. سطح تحلیل پژوهش فعالیت های کارآفرینانه کشاورزی و واحد تحلیل کارآفرینان کشاورزی (72) و کارشناسان و متخصصان (27) است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری و الگوی ISDM استفاده شده است. یافته ها: واحدهای کارآفرینی استان کرمانشاه به دلیل رعایت کردن شاخصهای مهمی مانند توجه به منابع طبیعی، استفاده از دانش بومی، استفاده از سموم کم، مشارکت و همکاری، ارتباط با مراکز مشاوره، وابستگی به کمک و یارانه دولتی و آگاهی نداشتن خریداران از محصولات در حالت نسبتاً پایدار قرار گرفتهاند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از شاخص ترکیبی کل، از میان 72 واحد کارآفرینی بررسی شده، 14 واحد در حالت ناپایدار، 22 واحد نسبتاً ناپایدار، 23 واحد نسبتاً پایدار و 13 واحد در حالت پایدار قرار دارند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهند که توسعه فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در فعالیت های کشاورزی مطالعه شده در مجموع در سطح نسبتاً پایداری قرار دارند که بین ابعاد بررسی شده، بعد اقتصادی و اجتماعی به ترتیب بهترین و بدترین وضعیت پایداری را دارند.
Background and Objective: Examining and identifying the conditions and bottlenecks in the sustainable development of entrepreneurial units are one of the most important issues of today’s planning and policy on entrepreneurial business. According to this point this study aimed to investigate the level of sustainability in agricultural entrepreneurial activities in Kermanshah province. Method: This research is an applied and descriptive-survey way of doing it. In order to collect the required data, the two methods of documentary and field (questionnaire) were used. Content validity was evaluated, approved and modified by a group of experts and professors from the Razi University in Kermanshah Department of Agriculture and Entrepreneurship. The validity coefficient for agricultural entrepreneurs and experts questionnaires were calculated, 0.72 and 0.82, respectively. Discussion and Conclusions: The analysis level of entrepreneurial research activity and Analysis Unit and agricultural entrepreneur’s analysis unit was 72 and professionals was 27. To analyze the data, the statistical method and pattern ISDM is used. The results show that the development of entrepreneurial activities in agricultural activities is relatively in a stable level and among the investigated dimensions, economic and social dimensions had the best and the worst stability respectively.
