چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی و تعیین پدیدههای فرهنگ و جو سازمانی نوآورانه در مدارس متوسطه بمنظور ایجاد یک چهارچوب مفهومی مناسب و توسعه مبانی نظری آن میباشد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از راهبرد پدیدارنگاری انجام یافت. جامعه پژوهشی شامل اساتید و صاحبنظران، مدیران شاخص و معلمان نمونه مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران بودند که از میان آن ها 37 نفر به عنوان اطلاعرسان از راه نمونهگیری نظری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و عمیق گردآوری شدند. روش تحلیل دادهها، تحلیل محتوای استقرایی با استفاده از کدگذاری در سه سطح باز، محوری و گزینشی بود. نتایج و یافتههای مربوط نشان دادند که مقولهها یا ابعاد اساسی فرهنگ و جو سازمانی نوآورانه شامل: 1) فرهنگ پژوهش محوری؛ 2)فرهنگ حامی نوآوری؛3)جو گشودگی و اعتماد متقابل؛4)جو خلاق و حامی نوآوری؛ 5)فرهنگ نقد و نقدپذیری میباشد. نتایج یافتهها بیانگر آنند که با فراهم ساختن بستر لازم برای شکل گیری فرهنگ و جو نوآورانه بر اساس نشانگرهای شناسایی شده در مدارس می توان مدارس را به سمت نوآور شدن هدایت کرد.
The purpose of the present study was to identify and designate the phenomena of the culture and organization atmosphere in favor of innovation in high school in order to produce an appropriate conceptual framework and develop a theoretical foundation of the schools. To achieve this purpose, a qualitative studywas conductedthrough using phenomenological procedures. The population includes university professors, prominent high school principals, and outstanding teachers in Tehran. Thirty-seven persons as messengers (information senders) were chosen among all participants based on purposeful sampling. The data analysis was based on the analysis of inductive content analysis and it was based on coding at three level of open, central, and selective. The results and findings indicated that the categories or fundamental dimensions of culture and organization atmosphere in favor of innovation include: 1) research-centered culture, 2) culture supporting innovation, 3) mutual relationship and respect, 4) creativity and innovation character, and 5) the critique and criticizing culture. Therefore, the findingsindicate thatbased onidentified school indicators, the teachers and staffs can pave the way for the innovative activitiesby providing a culture and organization atmosphere in favor of innovation in high schools.
