چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه ادراکات کارکنان از ابعاد اخلاق حاکم بر کار با رضایت شغلی و استرس شغلی آنان بود. شیوه پژوهش توصیفی (همبستگی ) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی کارکنان مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای به تعداد 482 نفر بودند.حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 216 نفر برآورد گردید و به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای و تصادفی انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه شامل: 1- پرسشنامه اخلاق کار 2- پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی (Robbins,1991) و 3- پرسشنامه استرس شغلی (Sotodeh,2003) استفاده شد. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل چند متغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند که بین ادراکات کارکنان از اخلاق حاکم بر کار با رضایت شغلی آنان رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، اما بین ادراکات کارکنان از اخلاق حاکم برکار با استرس شغلی آنان رابطه منفی معنادار وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که سه بعد اخلاق کار (دلبستگی و علاقه، پشتکار و جدیت، روابط سالم و انسانی در کار) پیشبینی کنندههای معناداری برای رضایت شغلی هستند. همچنین، دیگرنتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان دادند که دو بعد اخلاق کار (دلبستگی و علاقه، پشتکار و جدیت در کار) پیشبینی کنندههای معناداری برای استرس شغلی کارکنان بشمار میروند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
This study aimed at exploring the relationship of work ethics to staffs’ job satisfaction and job stress. This descriptive (correlational) study sampled 216 respondents from among a total of 482 staffs working in Vocational and Technical Education Centers in Tehran city using cluster sampling strategy in accordance with Morgan’s table. Research instruments included three questionnaires of 1. work ethics, 2. job satisfaction (Robbins 1991), 3. job stress (Sotodeh, 2003). Data were analyzed using Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analyses. The findings revealed that there was a statistically positive relationship between the staffs’ perception of the work ethics and their job satisfaction. However, the relationship between their perception and job stress was found to be statistically negative. Regression analyses further indicated that the three dimensions of work ethics (attachment, seriousness, and healthy relations) could predict job satisfaction. They also demonstrated that attachment and seriousness were significant predictors of job stress
