چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: مدیریت راهبرانه در تعریف، شامل مهارتی برای ترغیب کارکنان بدون استفاده از زور و اجبار است. و شالوده و پایه اصلی آن، تئوری انتخاب است. پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت راهبرانه مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر فرهنگ سازمانی و بهرهوری مدیران دانشگاه انجام گرفت.
روش شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق از نوع نیمه آزمایشی پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آموزشی شامل مدیران دانشگاههای تاجیکستان بودند و از بین آنان 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. سپس آموزش ها برای گروه آزمایش در چهارچوب یک برنامه آموزشی در 8 جلسه و به مدت 8 هفته اجرا گردید که در این فاصله گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی را دریافت نکردند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامههای سنجش نگرشهای فرهنگی هافستد (1980) و سنجش بهرهوری هرسی و بلانچارد وگلداسمیت (1980) بود. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامهها به ترتیب 90/0 و 83/0 محاسبه گردید. پس از دوماه آموزش، دادهها به روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره(مانکوا) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافتهها نشان داد که بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنیداری (P <0/01) وجود دارد. به عبارتی اجرای این دوره آموزشی به طور معنیداری بر فرهنگ سازمانی در سطح ( 02/0 = (P و بر بهرهوری مدیران در سطح ( 001/0 =P) تاثیر داشته است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: آموزش مدیریت راهبرانه مبتنی بر تئوری انتخاب بر فرهنگ سازمانی و بهرهوری مدیران دانشگاه تاثیر دارد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Introduction: The goal of this study was to determine the effectiveness of leadership management training based on selection theory on organizational culture and productivity of university managers.
research methodology: The research method was quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with a control group. The educational population consisted of university administrators of Tajikistan and 30 of them were selected by random sampling and divided into two groups of 15 experimental and control. Then, the trainings were performed for the experimental group in the framework of a training program in 8 sessions for 8 weeks, during which the control group did not receive any training. Data collection tools were Hofstede (1980) cultural attitudes questionnaire and Hershey and Blanchard and Goldsmith (1980) productivity questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires was calculated to be 0.90 and 0.83, respectively. After two months of training, the data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA).
Findings: The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the experimental and control groups. In other words, the implementation of this training course had a significant effect on organizational culture at the level (P = 0.02) and on the productivity of managers at the level (P = 0.001). Conclusion
Conclusion: Leadership management training based on selection theory has an effect on organizational culture and productivity of university managers
