چکیده مقاله :
مسوولیت اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از عناصر مهم وجودی سازمان شناخته شده است. به طوری که امروزه مسوولیت اجتماعی، موضوع حساسیت برانگیز و رو به توجه در سال های اخیر بوده است. به نحوی که رعایت آن توسط سازمان ها، رضایت ذی نفعان را برای مشروعیت، ارتقا و بقای سازمان به همراه دارد. مقاله حاضر با هدف پیشنهاد ارتقای مدل مسوولیت اجتماعی در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی انجام شده است. پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی توسعه ای و برحسب روش توصیفی و از شاخه اکتشافی است که از طریق تکنیک مضمون تم و دلفی انجام پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه، مدیران، کارشناسان و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بود که برای مصاحبه 31 نفر و برای پرسشنامه 16 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی، از نوع هدفمند انتخاب شدند. براساس یافته های پژوهش 6 بعد اساسی شامل بشردوستانه، اقتصادی، قانونی، اخلاق گرایی، عدالت اجتماعی و عدالت درمانی که بعد عدالت اجتماعی و عدالت درمانی برای اولین بار در ابعاد مسئولیت پذیری سازمانی اضافه و 33 شاخص است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Social responsibility is known as one of the essential elements involved in the organization's existence and it has become a sensitive and outstanding issue in recent years. Compliance with social responsibility by the organizations results in stakeholders' consent for the legitimacy, promotion and survival of the organization. The present article aims to propose the promotion of social responsibility model in social security organization. The research is developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive- exploratory in terms of method, which is conducted through the theme and Delphi technique. The statistical population of the study included university faculty members, managers, experts and employees of the Social Security Organization. 31 and 16 subjects were selected using targeted no probability sampling for interviewing and filling the questionnaire respectively. Based on the findings of the research, six major dimensions include humanitarian, economic, legal, ethical, social justice and health justice. The social justice and health justice are added to the corporate responsibility, which contain 33 indices.
