This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature is a descriptive- analytic method. The statistical population were the official staff located in the headquarters of Shiraz, equal to 330 people. According to Cochran formula, 178 people were selected as random sampling method. The validity of the study was accomplished by convergent and divergent validity, and reliability of the questionnaire was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the literature and background of the research. In its construction, the views of experts and also specialists in the field of education and research have been used. Descriptive statistics including descriptive statistics of research indicators and individual characteristics of respondents using SPSS and for inferential statistics with exploratory factor analysis, appropriate items were selected for the items and then, by structural equation modeling and PLS, the factors influencing organizational agility, namely, "organizational factors", "Human", "hardware technology" and "software technology", were examined & all the hypotheses were confirmed. Friedman test was used to rank the effective factors, which means "hardware technology, software technology, human and organizational", respectively, are effective on organizational agility.
