بررسی رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی و ویژگیهای شخصیتی، با سرزندگی معلمان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه سرمایه روانشناختی و ویژگی های شخصیتی با سرزندگی معلمان بوده است. روش پژوهش، همبستگی و نمونه آماری 202 نفر از جامعه معلمان ناحیه دو آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز به روش خوشهای تصادفی بود. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سرمایهروان-شناختی لوتانز، پرسشنامه شخصیتی پنج عاملی نئو و مقیاس سرزندگی رایان و فردریک بود و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزار تحلیل آمار استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که میان ویژگی های شخصیتی و سرمایه روانشناختی با سرزندگی روابط چندگانه و معنیداری وجود دارد (01/0 ≥p ). رواننژندی از ویژگیهای شخصیت با سرزندگی رابطه منفی و معنیدار دارد در صورتی که سایر ابعاد شخصیت، (برونگرایی، انعطافپذیری، دلپذیربودن و مسئولیتپذیری) با میزان سرزندگی، همبستگی مثبت و معنیدار دارند. همچنین بین ابعاد سرمایهروانشناختی، یعنی خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، تابآوری و خوشبینی، با سرزندگی رابطه مثبت و معنیدار وجود دارد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که از بین ویژگیهای شخصیت، برونگرایی، انعطافپذیری، و مسئولیتپذیری، سرزندگی را به-طور مثبت و معنادار پیشبینی میکنند در صورتیکه روان نژندی، سرزندگی را بطور منفی و معنادار پیشبینی میکند و دلپذیربودن (به عنوان یکی از ابعاد ویژگی های شخصیتی) قادر به پیشبینی سرزندگی نمیباشد. همچنین خودکارآمدی و امیدواری از ابعاد سرمایه روانشناختی،سرزندگی را بهطور مثبت و معنادار پیشبینی میکنند و تابآوری و خوشبینی در سطح معناداری قادر به پیشبینی سرزندگی نمی-باشند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and psychological capital with vitality of teachers. Research method: Correlation and statistical sample of 202 teachers in the district of Shiraz were randomly selected using cluster sampling method. We used 3 questionnaires in this research, such as: luthan's psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ), NEO-FFI from five factors personalities questionnaire and vitality scale questionnaire (Ryan and Fredrick) and Statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data. The acquired results from pearson's correlation test showed that there was a significant negative relationship between neurotic and vitality, while other dimensions (such as extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, & conscientiousness) have significant positive correlation with vitality's measure. Also there was significant positive relationship between psychological capital dimensions, meanly self-efficacy, hope, resiliency, and optimism with vitality (p≤0/01). The result of regression test by enter method showed that between personality characteristics, vitality is predictable as significant positive while neurotic predicts vitality significant negatively and agreeableness is not significant as vitality predictor variable. Also self-efficacy and hope from psychological capital can predict vitality significant positive and, resiliency and optimism are not able to predict vitality at significant level at all.
