فراتحلیل رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی و هوش هیجانی

چکیده مقاله :
فرسودگی شغلی، حالتی از فرسودگی فیزیکی، هیجانی و ذهنی است که ناشی از درگیری با افراد در موقعیت های طاقت فرسای عاطفی است. یکی از اجزایی که می تواند بر فرسودگی شغلی تاثیرگذار باشد و منجر به توسعه شایستگی های بین فردی و حرفه ای شود، هوش هیجانی است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر به جمعآوری و یکپارچهسازی نتایج حاصل از پژوهشهای مربوط به رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی و هوشهیجانی و محاسبه میزان اثر آنها با استفاده از الگوی پژوهشی فراتحلیل پرداخته است. بدین منظور 10 پژوهش که از لحاظ روششناسی مورد قبول بود، انتخاب شدند و فراتحلیل بر روی آن ها انجام گرفت. ابزار این پژوهش، چک لیست فراتحلیل بوده است. یافتهها نشان داد که میزان رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی و هوشهیجانی 62/0 (001/0 p<) بوده است. بر اساس نتایج فراتحلیل حاضر، میزان رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی و هوشهیجانی ، مطابق جدول کوهن در حد بزرگ است.
Background: Occupational burnout refers to a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion resulting from involvement with people in emotionally demanding situations. Emotional Intelligence is one of the components that can affect on occupational burnout and lead to development of interpersonal and professional competence. Objectives: therefore, the aim of this study was to integrate the results of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence and to investigate their effect sizes by meta-analysis method. Method: For this purpose, 10 accepted researches were selected and meta-analysis was performed on them. Research instrument was checklist of meta-analysis. Findings: Findings indicated the amount of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence effect size was 0/62 ) p ≤0/001). Conclusion: according to cohen,s chart, the effect size of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence is great
