بررسی میزان انطباق آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای با نیازهای آموزشی بخش صنایع در شهرستان خرمشهر

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی میزان انطباق آموزشهای فنیوحرفهای با نیازهای آموزشی بخش صنایع در شهرستان خرمشهر بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعۀآماری پژوهش شامل کلیه سازمانها و شرکتها (صنایع کوچک، متوسط و بزرگ شهرستان مطابق اطلاعات ثبت شده در اداره صنایع استان_ وزارت صنایع و معادن، معاونت توسعه صنعتی، دفتر آمار و اطلاع رسانی) که 42 شرکت برآورد شد و مرکز فنی و حرفهای شهرستان خرمشهر، در بخش صنعت بود. نمونهگیری دوبار و به دو منظور انجام شد. ابتدا با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند 9 شرکت انتخاب گردید و با 9 نفر از مدیران و 9 نفر از کارشناسان مصاحبه به عمل آمد. در مرحلۀ دوم به صورت تصادفی ساده، 125 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب گردید. جهت جمعآوری دادهای پژوهش از بررسی اسناد و مدارک، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید که روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط صاحبنظران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی ابزار محاسبه و تأیید شد. دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین عملکرد موجود آموزشهای فنیوحرفهای با وضعیت مطلوب (نیازها و محورهای آموزشی شناسایی شده دارای اولویت) این شهرستان انطباق وجود ندارد. همچنین بررسی نتایج بدست آمده، نشان داد که 9 دورۀ عمومی، 7 دوره مدیریتی و 45 دوره تخصصی اولویتهای آموزشهای فنیوحرفهای مورد نیاز بازار کار در زمینۀ صنایع این شهرستان را تشکیل میدهند.
The Purpose of this study was to examine the match between vocational educational with industries sector educational needs in khorramshr city. Method of study was descriptive- survey The population of this research was all the organization and Companies (middle-sized and big induatries registered based on information available in the Department of Industries of Khozestan,Ministry of Industries and Mines,Department of Industrial Development and Office of Statistics and Information) 42 Companies were estimated and Technical and Educational Centers Khorramshahr in industry sector. Sampling was done twice for two purposes. First, The company was selected using purposive sampling 9, with 9 of managers and 9 of experts were interviewed. In the second stage randomly selected 125 managers and experts to complete the questionnaire. For data gathering in this research, the analysis of documents, interview and questionnaire. Face and content validity of the instrument has been confirmed by experts and reliability has been calculated and verified subsequently .the collected data has been analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that is no conformity between technical and professional education in Khorramshahr and acceptable situation ( identified as needs and educational purposes which labled as primary ones) in this city. Also, results show that the general courses 9, management courses 7 and specialized courses 45 of vocational educational of priorities for the labor market in industries that make up the city.
