بررسی نقش فضیلتسازمانی مدارس در رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان: یافتههای یک پژوهش کمی در مدارس متوسطه شهر کرج

هدف پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی حاضر، بررسی رابطه فضیلتسازمانی مدارس با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان میباشد. 403 معلم در مدارس متوسطه نواحی چهارگانه کلانشهر کرج به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از دو پرسش نامه ی استاندارد فضیلت سازمانی(Cameron, Bright, & Caza, 2004) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی(DiPaola, Tarter & Hoy, 2004) استفاده شد. پس از بررسی و تأیید پایایی و روایی سازه ابزارها، برای پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش، از روشهای آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از وجود همبستگی معنادار بین فضیلت سازمانی مدارس و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان است. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که در بین ابعاد پنجگانه فضیلتسازمانی(خوش بینی، اعتماد، شفقت، انسجام و بخشش)، صرفا خوشبینی و بخشش، تبیین معناداری از رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معلمان داشته اند. یافتههای این پژوهش اهمیت تقویت خردهمقیاسهای فضیلتسازمانی را در مدرسه مورد تأکید قرار میدهد.
The purpose of this descriptive-correlational study is to investigate the relationship between organizational virtuousness and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers. 403 secondary school teachers of four areas of Karaj metropolitan were selected using cluster sampling method. Organizational virtuousness scale (Cameron & et al, 2004) and organizational citizenship behavior scale (DiPaola, Tarter & Hoy, 2004) were used to collect data. After the reliability and construct validity analysis, research questions were responded with the Pearson correlation coefficient and standard multiple regression. Results showed a meaningful correlation between organizational virtuousness and teachers organizational citizenship behavior. Also multiple regression showed that among the five dimensions of organizational Virtuousness (optimism, trust, compassion, integrity and forgiveness), just optimism and forgiveness have significant explaintion from organizational citizenship behavior of teachers. The findings of this study emphasizes the reinforcement of the of the organizational virtuousness subscale in schools
