اعتباریابی کیفی مدل مفهومی مدرسه سالم با تاکید بر سلامت سازمانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل تشکیلدهنده، ارائه مدل مفهومی و اعتباریابی کیفی مدرسه سالم با تاکید بر بعد سلامت سازمانی صورت گرفت. راهبرد این پژوهش کیفی برای شناسایی عوامل ایجاد مدرسه سالم از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. جامعه تحقیق شامل اسناد، مدارک، متون و صاحب نظران حوزه مدیریت آموزشی به ویژه در مدارس بود. برای نمونهگیری از روش هدفمند استفاده گردید؛ بدین معنی که منابعی انتخاب گردیدند که بیشترین اطلاعات و داده را برای پاسخ به سوال تحقیق فراهم نمودند. نمونه گیری تا نقطه رسیدن به حداکثر اطلاعات، یا نقطه اشباع صورت گرفت. بر این اساس از 51 متن و 15 مصاحبه تخصصی برای گردآوری دادهها استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که مضامینی همچون مدیر آموزشی، رهبری آموزشی، ویژگی های دموگرافیک مدرسه، ویژگی های معلمان، فرهنگ مدرسه، تعهد سازمانی معلم، رفتار شهروندی، خشنودی شغلی معلم، پیشرفت تحصیلی و سلامت دانش آموزان از مهمترین عوامل تشکیل دهندهی مدرسه سالم میباشند. جهت اعتباریابی الگوی مفهومی مدرسه سالم از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شده است. مقدار ضریب توافق در راند اول تکنیک دلفی 624/0 و در راند دوم 703/0 و در راند سوم 765/0 به دست آمد که وحدت نظر بالایی میان دیدگاه صاحبنظران را نشان داد. همچنین مقدار معناداری در هر دو دور نیز 000/0 بدست آمد بنابراین فرضیه هماهنگی بین نظرات مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت. بدین ترتیب 9 عامل که میانگین بالای 7 را کسب نمودند، مورد توافق قرار گرفتند.
This study aimed to identify Constituent elements, providing Conceptual healthy school model and quality validation with emphasis on organizational health was performed. The strategy of research was qualitative and to identify the factors of healthy school thematic analysis was used. The samples include documents, texts and experts in the field of management education, especially in schools. For sampling ,Targeted approaches Was used. Thus Were selected sources that most of the information and data provided to answer the research questions. Sampling to achieve maximum data point, or saturation point done. Accordingly, the 51 text and 15 specialized interviews were used to collect data. The results showed that thematics such as physical environment, psychosocial environment, educational managers, educational leadership, school demographic characteristics, characteristics of teachers, school culture, teachers' organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, academic achievement and public health students factors were identified forming healthy school. Delphi technique was used to validate the conceptual model of a healthy school. Kendall's coefficient was respectively obtained in the first round Delphi technique .624, in the second round .703, and third round .765 respectively ,Which showed high agreement between the experts. In addition, a significant amount of 0.000 was obtained in both rounds, and coordinating Comments hypothesis was accepted. Thus, 9 of which received an average of over 7, were agreed.
