رابطه سبک تفکر (قانونگذار، اجرایی و قضاوتگرا) و کارآفرینی مدیران با سلامت سازمانی کارکنان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین سبکهای تفکر ( قانونگذاری، اجرایی و قضاوتگرا ) و کارآفرینی مدیران با سلامت سازمانی کارکنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال 1391میباشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و کارکنان واحد مرکزی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز 623 نفر (145 نفر مدیر - 478 نفر کارمند) است که با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای 240 ﻧﻔﺮ از کارکنان و 60 نفر از مدیران انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل: پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی (OHI) هوی و فیلدمن (1996)، پرسشنامههای سبک تفکر استرنبرگ (1991) و پرسشنامه کارآفرینی رابینز و کولتار (1989) است. دادهها توسط برنامه SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد و نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین سلامت سازمانی و کارآفرینی رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد و از بین سبکهای تفکر مدیران، سبک تفکر اجرایی با سلامت سازمانی رابطه معنادار دارد. همچنین کارآفرینی با سبک تفکر اجرایی و سبک تفکر قانونگذار مدیران رابطه معنادار دارد اما بین سبک تفکر قضاوتگرا و سلامت سازمانی کارکنان و همچنین سبک تفکر قضاوتگرایی مدیران و کارآفرینی رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که کارآفرینی نقش واسطهگری در ارتباط سبک تفکر اجرایی مدیران و سلامت سازمانی کارکنان را دارد. نتایج این پژوهش اهمیت سبکهای تفکر و کارآفرینی مدیران در میزان سلامت سازمانی کارکنان را نشان داد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between thinking style(legislative, executive, judicial) and managers’ entrepreneurshipand organizational health among Shiraz medical science universities staff. The population of the study included all faculty managers and staff members of Shiraz medical sciences university of which a sample of 60 managers and 240 staff were selected through stratified sampling.The instruments of the research included Hoy & Fildman (1966)Organizational Health questionnaire (OHI), Robbins and Coultar (1989) Entrepreneurship questionnaire and Sternberg’s Thinking Style Questionnaire (1991). The data analyzed by SPSS and the correlational analysis of the factors showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between executive thinking style and entrepreneurship and organizational health but there is no relationship between Judicial thinking style and entrepreneurship and organizational health. Findings revealed that entrepreneurship has a mediating role for executive thinking style and organizational health .The results showed the important role of managers’ thinking styles and entrepreneurship in organizational health among staff.
