چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی صمیمیت زناشویی بر اساس ناگویی هیجانی، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، انسجام روانی و خودشفقتی در افراد متأهل بود.
روش: این پژوهش به لحاظ روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل زنان و مردان متأهل ساکن در شهرستان اسلامشهر بود که جهت گزینش نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای مرحلهای 443 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای صمیمیت زناشویی (MINQ) (2001)، ناگویی هیجانی (TAS-20)(1997)، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی یا پذیرش عمل ((AAQ-II (2011)، پرسشنامه انسجام روانی (SOC-29) (1987) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس شفقت به خود (SCS-SF)( 2003) بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه به روش همزمان استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داده است بین ناگویی هیجانی با صمیمیت زناشویی رابطه منفی و معنادار و بین انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، انسجام روانی و خودشفقتی با صمیمیت زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: این تحقیق نشان داد که، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، انسجام روانی و خودشفقتی میتوانند صمیمیت زناشویی را افزایش و ناگویی هیجانی آن را کاهش میدهد. به طور خاص، بهبود ناگویی هیجانی، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی، انسجام روانی و خودشفقتی میتواند به افزایش صمیمیت زناشویی کمک کند.
Purpose: The aim of the present study was to predict marital intimacy based on emotional alexithymia, psychological flexibility, psychological cohesion, and self-compassion in married individuals. This study was descriptive and correlational in terms of method.
Methodology: This study was descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of the present study included married men and women living in the city of Eslamshahr, and 443 people were selected as the research sample using the staged cluster sampling method.The research tools included the Marital Intimacy Questionnaire (MINQ) (2001), Emotional Aphasia (TAS-20) (1997), Psychological Flexibility or Acceptance of Action (AAQ-II (2011), Psychological Cohesion Questionnaire (SOC-29) (1987), and the Short Form of Self-Compassion Scale (SCS-SF) (2003). In order to analyze the data, Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression were used simultaneously.
Findings: The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between emotional aphasia and marital intimacy, and between psychological flexibility, emotional cohesion, and self-compassion with Marital intimacy has a positive and significant relationship (P<0.01). Also, the results of regression analysis showed that emotional alexithymia, psychological flexibility, psychological coherence and self-compassion explain a total of 0.77% of marital intimacy.
Conclusion: This study showed that psychological flexibility, psychological coherence, and self-compassion can increase marital intimacy and alexithymia reduces it. Specifically, improving alexithymia, psychological flexibility, psychological coherence, and self-compassion can help increase marital intimacy.
