سیستم مالتیمودال بیومتریک با تلفیق اثرانگشت و عنبیه در سطح تصمیمگیری

چکیده مقاله :
سیستمهایبیومتریکتکی،کهتنهااز یکویژگیبرایتشخیصاستفادهمیکنندمیتوانندمشکلاتینظیردادههاینویزی،تمایزاندکویژگی بیومتریک،نرخهایخطایغیرقابلقبولوحملههایکلاهبردارانرابههمراهداشتهباشد اما با بهکارگیریسیستمهایبیومتریکمالتیمودال میتوان تا حد زیادی بر این مشکلات غلبه نمود و عملکرد و قابلیت اطمینان شناسایی بیومتریک را بیش از پیش افزایش داد، چرا که این سیستمها در مقایسه با سیستمهای بیومتریک تکی از میزان دقت و امنیت بیشتری برخوردار هستند. به همین منظور در این تحقیق به بررسی تلفیق دو بیومتریک رایج و پرکاربرد اثرانگشت و عنبیه در سطح تصمیمگیری با استفاده از منطق فازی پرداخته شده است. در روش ترکیبی، نتایج حاصل از بررسی عنبیه و اثر انگشت با هم به صورت یکجا به منظور تصمیمگیری نهایی ترکیب گردیده و براساس آن اقدام به شناسایی افراد گردیده و در نهایت کارایی این سیستم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج آزمایشات و بررسیهای صورت گرفته نشانگر آن است که سیستم بیومتریک ترکیبی پیشنهاد شده، دارای دقت و قابلیت اطمینان بیشتری نسبت به سیستمهایی بیومتریک تکی است. در این سیستم مالتی مودال خطای نوع اول FAR و خطای نوع دومFRR تصمیمگیری به ترتیب برابر با 0.3٪ و 1.2٪ میباشد.
Mono-modal biometric systems, by using only a biometric feature to determine the identity of individuals, we will face some problems such as noisy data, low distinction biometric feature, unacceptable error rates and spoofs attacks. But by using multi-modal biometric systems, we will largely overcome these problems and increase the performance and reliability of biometric identification even more, because these systems in comparison with mono-modal biometric systems have more accuracy and greater security. In this regard, this study combines two common and widely used biometric trait fingerprint and iris at the level of decision-making by using the fuzzy logic method. Therefore we have used CASIA database for iris and FVC2004 database for the fingerprint. Results of tests and studies indicate that the proposed combination of biometric systems has more precision and reliability than mono-modal biometric systems. In the fusion system, the error Type I (FAR) and Type II (FRR), respectively are 0.3% and 1.2%.
