چکیده مقاله :
شرایط رقابت، مدیریت زنجیره تامین را به عنوان یک عامل استراتژیک در موفقیت سازمان ها مطرح می کند. کارکرد فن آوری اطلاعات در مدیریت زنجیره تامین با سه رویکرد ادغام، حمایت شرکا و مهارت مدیران، مدنظر می باشد. هدف تحقیق، بررسی تاثیر مدیریت زنجیره تامین مبتنی بر فن آوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین و موقعیت رقابتی ایران خودرو دیزل می باشد. تحقیق از حیث روش توصیفی - پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان شرکت ایران خودرو دیزل می باشد. روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و حجم نمونه آماری 368 نفر می باشد. ابزار اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق، پرسشنامه است که دارای روایی و اعتبار تایید شده می باشد. به منظور تحلیل استنباطی داده ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای آزمون فرضیه ها به طور اخص از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد ادغام رو به عقب مبتنی بر فناوری، مهارتهای مدیریتی و حمایت شرکاء بر عملکرد زنجیره تأمین تاثیر مثبت دارد؛ همچنین عملکرد زنجیره تامین بر موقعیت رقابتی شرکت تاثیر مثبت دارد.
Competition conditions bring up supply chain management as a strategic factor in organizational success. The operation of Information Technology in Supply Chain Management is considered with three approaches of merging, supporting partners and management skills. The research goal is to study the impact of supply chain management based on information technology on supply chain performance and competitive position of Iran Khodro Diesel. The research methodology is descriptive-survey. The research statistical society is Iran Khodro Diesel’s staff. The sampling method is accessible and the sample size is 368 individuals. The variables measuring tool is the questionnaire that it’s validity and reliability is confirmed. In order to analyze data inferentially, we have used confirmatory factor analysis and to test the hypotheses, in particular, the structural equation model was used. The results showed that backward merger based on technology, management skills, and supporting partners has a positive impact on supply chain performance. The supply chain performance has also a positive impact on the company’s competitive position.
