چکیده مقاله :
در این تحقیق عوامل موّثر بر انتخاب روش انتقا لتکنولوژی باتوجه به مدلهای انتقال تکنولوژی مورد شناسایی قرارگرفته است. روش نمونه گیری در تحقیق حاضر تصادفی-طبقه ای بودهو تعداد نمونه ها ۵۴ نفر می باشد. روش تحقیق توصیفی و میدانی است. برای اندازه گیری متغیرهای مستقل و همچنین جهت انجام مقایسات زوجی مورد نیاز تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فرآیندها از پرسشنامه استفادهشده است. در این تحقیق ابتدا شاخصهایی برای هر یک از متغیرهای مستقل شناسایی شده اند و سپس فرضیات تحقیق مبتنی بر موّثربودن متغیرهای مستقّل درمتغیروابسته که همان انتخاب روش انتقال تکنولوژی است شکل گرفته است. سپس با استفاده از آزمون کای دوو آزمون فریدمن میزان تأثیر متغیرهای مستقل در متغیر وابسته مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است و پنج فرضیه با 95 درصد اطمینان مورد تایید قرارگرفته است؛ سپس با استفاده از نتایج تکنیک تحلی لسلسله مراتبی فرآیندها و روش فردی در تصمیمگیری گروهی اقدام به رتبه بندی روشهای انتقال تکنولوژی در صنایع پتروشیمی اراک شده است. روشهای انتقال تکنولوژی تصمیم گیری چند معیاره تکنیک تحلی لسلسله مراتبی قرآیندها.
