Abstract :
This study was done with the aim of presenting a pattern of ethical-oriented organizational culture in line with promoting of administrative health with a mixed approach. This research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of practical purpose, approach, exploration, and in terms of data analysis. In the qualitative phase of the research and due to designing a model based on the methodology of foundation data theory, a group of experts were selected in the field of human resources including university professors and senior managers of governmental organizations and prominent consultants and were interviewed more deeply. In this phase, the snowball sampling method was used and this process continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation and a total 9 interviews were conducted. In the quantitative phase, all government employees of Hamadan city were considered as a statistical population and among them, 350 people were selected from the random stratified sampling method with proportional division as a statistical sample. In the qualitative phase of the research, because the foundation data theory method was used, the main instrument for data collection was deep and unstructured interviews with experts. In the quantitative phase of the research, the main data collection instrument was a closed and researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 42 items that was designed according to the initial conceptual model. In the quantitative phase of the research, SPSS, Lisrel and smartPLS software were used for descriptive and inferential analyzes. Finally, the research results led to the design of a green marketing process model in pharmaceutical companies (based on the paradigm model structure) and the hypothetical relationships of the model were tested and confirmed in a large community.
