Iranian Journal of Plant Physiology is a quarterly journal published by Islamic Azad University, Saveh Branch in English. Tables of contents and other useful information, including these instructions for contributors, are available at the website of the Islamic Azad University, Saveh Branch and the Editorial Office (Department of Biology, Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic Azad University, Saveh Branch, Saveh , Iran).

 

Aims and Scope

This journal publishes the new results of completed, original studies on any aspect of plant physiology based also on approaches and methods of, applied plant physiology, plant biochemistry, plant hormones, biophysics, genetics, molecular biology, genetic engineering, and other related fields. We also accept descriptions of original methods and instruments opening novel possibilities for obtaining and analyzing experimental results. Papers outlining trends and hypotheses are accepted as well. Brief communications are not accepted. However, in some cases, the editors may suggest that authors shorten a manuscript to the size of a brief communication (no more than 5 pages of text and 4 figures and / or tables in all). Manuscript submission implies that the material has not been published before, and is not under consideration for publication anywhere else.

Manuscript requirements

Manuscript length should not exceed 10 printed pages (reviews not more than 20 pages), including references, tables, and figure captions; it should contain no more than 7 figures. The manuscript must be typed (calibri, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing throughout) in a single column on one side of white paper (A4, 210 × 297 mm) with left and top margins of 2.5 cm and a right margin of 1.5 cm. All pages, including references, tables, and figure captions, should be numbered consecutively in the top right- hand corner. All lines should be enumerated throughout the entire text.

Please arrange your manuscript as follows: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), highlights, Abstract, Keywords, Abbreviation (optional), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements (optional), References, tables, and figures.

Title must be concise (no more than 10 words) but informative. Capitalize the first letters in all nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, and subordinate conjunctions. Avoid nonstandard abbreviations.

Authors’ initials and surnames should be written with one space between the initials and between the initials and an author’s surname. Author affiliations should be marked by numbers as 1, 2, etc. On a separate page, provide the full names of all authors, their postal addresses and telephone and fax numbers, as well as e-mail addresses, and indicate the corresponding author.

Author affiliations include the department, institution, and complete address of each author. The fax number and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be indicated after his or her postal address.

Abstract All papers, including brief communications, should be preceded by a concise (of no more than 250 words) but informative abstract, in which the plant material (binomial, including authority) is given. The abstract should explain to the general reader the major contributions of the article. The abstract is typed as a single paragraph. Citing and discussing literature are not recommended.

Highlights Add highlights to your manuscript. Highlights are three to five bullet points that help increase the discoverability of your article via search engines. Don not try to capture all ideas, concepts, or conclusions as highlights are meant to be short: 85 characters or fewer, including spaces.

Keywords No more than seven items are listed beginning with the Latin name(s) of the organism(s) studied without author’s name and arranged as follows:

Abbreviations The abbreviation of the expressions used in the manuscript may be listed in alphabetical order and arranged as follows:

BA: benzyladenine; PSI: photosystem I; WT: wild type

Define nonstandard abbreviations when they are first mentioned in the text and abstract.

Main headings

The main headings within the text (Introduction, Materials and Methods, etc.) should be placed on separate lines with the first letters capitalized. First- and second-level subheadings should follow sentence capitalization (example: Cytokinin, Dependent signal transduction) and be placed on separate lines.

Introduction

The introductory part of the article should explain its objective and cite relevant articles published previously.

Materials and Methods

This section should include complete botanical names (genus, species, authority for the binomial, and, when appropriate, cultivar) for all plants studied. Following first mentions, generic names should be abbreviated to the initial except when confusion could arise by reference to genera with the same initial. Growth conditions must be described. Also new procedures should be described in sufficient detail to be repeated. A short description of other procedures should also be given. This section should also contain the names of the manufacturers (including country name) of materials and reagents. Statistical analysis of the results should be described. Identify the number of replications and the number of times individual experiments were duplicated. It should be clearly stated whether the standard deviation or the standard error is used.

Results

The Results section should be presented mainly in figures and tables without their detailed discussion. Double documentation of the same points in figures and tables is not acceptable.

Discussion

This section should contain an interpretation but not a recapitulation of the results. Each paragraph in the Discussion section naturally starts with a main result of the study followed by an account of the similarities or differences with the previous findings and the possible interpretations.

Acknowledgements

List dedications, acknowledgments, and funding sources if any, under the heading 'Acknowledgements'.

 

References

Generally, include the most up-to-date and latest references and from creditable high ranking international resources in the manuscript. Cite published papers and books; citing the abstracts of meetings is not recommended. References at the end of the paper should be arranged alphabetically (by authors' names) in the reference list, all authors should be named unless there are 10 or more. For titles in English, including titles of books, journals, articles, chapters, and dissertations and names of conferences, use title capitalization. For titles given in a foreign language, follow the rules of capitalization for that language.

Tables

Each table should have a brief title, appear on a separate page, and 1.5-spaced. Each column should have a heading; units should appear under the column heading(s). Some remarks may be written below the table, but they should not repeat details given in the Materials and Methods section. Avoid using landscape paper orientation to fit large tables. Instead, break the large tables to fit regular portrait paper orientation.

Figure Captions

 These must be a brief self-sufficient explanation of the illustrations. Provide them separately from figures.

Figures

All figures (photographs, graphs, and diagrams) should be cited in the text and numbered consecutively throughout. Figures should provide enough information to easily understand them. Figure parts should be identified by lowercase roman letters (I, II, etc.) in parentheses. High-resolution images are not required at initial submission. When a paper is accepted, the publishing team will request high-resolution files suitable for publication. Graphs drawn in Excel must be subtracted from the original Excel file. The words within the figures are recommended to be editable and not pictured.

تأثیر تاریخ کاشت بر شاخص های حرارتی و عملکرد ماده خشک گونه‌های مختلف شبدر

چکیده فارسی

 

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تغییرات شاخص‌های حرارتی ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف شبدر تحت تنش سرمایی انجام شد. آزمایشی مزرعه‌ای به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ‌های مختلف کاشت (23 شهریور، 6 مهر و 16 مهر) و ژنوتیپ‌های شبدر (شبدر ایرانی دیررس، شبدر ایرانی متوسط‌رس، شبدر ایرانی زودرس، شبدر برسیم، شبدر قرمز و شبدر لاکی) انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت از 23 شهریور تا 16 مهر باعث کاهش معنی‌دار درجه‌روز رشد (GDD)، شاخص فوتوترمال (PTI) و کارایی مصرف حرارت (HUE) در همه ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه شد. شبدر ایرانی زودرس و شبدر لاکی کمترین نیاز حرارتی را داشتند، در حالی که شبدر قرمز بالاترین GDD را در تمام تاریخ‌های کاشت مورد بررسی داشت. طی اولین چین، شبدر ایرانی زودرس (با 09/4 کیلوگرم در هکتار در روز درجه سانتی‌گراد) و پس از آن شبدر لاکی بالاترین کارایی مصرف حرارت را نشان دادند. در مقابل، کمترین کارایی مصرف حرارت (1.43 کیلوگرم در هکتار در روز درجه سانتی‌گراد) در شبدر قرمز و آخرین تاریخ کاشت ثبت شد. بنابراین شبدر ایرانی زودرس و شبدر لاکی به دلیل مقادیر بالاتر HUE در چین اول برای تولید علوفه تحت تنش سرما ترجیح داده می‌شوند. بیشترین عملکرد ماده خشک چین اول (6300 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در تاریخ کاشت اول و توسط شبدر ایرانی متوسط‌رس و کمترین عملکرد (2429 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در آخرین تاریخ کاشت و توسط شبدر قرمز به دست آمد. به‌طورکلی، تأخیر در تاریخ کاشت منجر به تسریع رشد و کاهش نیازهای حرارتی در گونه‌های شبدر شد و ژنوتیپ‌های زودرس برای تولید علوفه تحت شرایط تنش‌های محیطی مانند کمبود آب مناسب‌تر بودند.

اثر UV-B   بر فعالیت و بیان ژن چندین آنزیم آنتی اکسیدانی در نعناع

چکیده فارسی

 

دم کرده نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.  )یک نوشیدنی گیاهی محبوب با فواید متعددی بر سیستم قلبی عروقی، گوارشی و تنفسی است. تحقیقات اخیر نشان داده است که اشعه ماوراء بنفش می تواند بر اسانس نعناع تأثیر بگذارد. با توجه به افزایش واقعی UV-B در تابش خورشید، برآورد شرایط واقعی و پیامدهای اقتصادی آن مهم است. گیاهان نعناع فلفلی رشد کرده در مزرعه به مدت یک ساعت با نور UV-B (310 نانومتر، 8/3 Wm-2) ، در اواسط روز، به مدت دو روز تحت تابش قرار گرفتند. پنج برگ فوقانی در 4، 20، 24، 28، 44 و 48 ساعت پس از تیمار اول جمع آوری شد. گیاهان نعناع فلفلی کشت شده در شرایط مشابه بدون تیمار به عنوان شاهد در هر نقطه زمانی مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که بیوسنتز اسانس نعناع فلفلی توسط تابش UV-B تعدیل می‌شود، اما گیاهان نیز سازوکار‌های حفاظتی خود را در برابر UV با افزایش فعالیت آنزیم‌های مهارکننده ROS دارند. همچنین بیان برخی از ژن‌های درگیر در مسیر در حضور اشعه ماوراء بنفش تغییر یافت و اثر تنظیم‌کننده‌ای در بیوسنتز اسانس نشان داد. تایید دیگر محافظت در برابر اشعه UV-B غلظت پایدار رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل آنزیم های مهار کننده ROS نشان می دهد که گیاهان دارای تنش اکسیداتیو هستند. در نتیجه، این تحقیق یک مرحله برای درک تنظیم بیوسنتز ترپنوئید و اثرات تابش UV-B بر آن است. تجزیه و تحلیل ترکیبی پاسخ کل گیاه برای این هدف مفید خواهد بود.

تأثیر تالک، کائولن و اکسید روی بر تنش گرمایی در رقم انار ملس ساوه

چکیده فارسی

آفتاب سوختگی یکی از مشکلات مهم در پرورش انار است که باعث کاهش عملکرد و کیفیت میوه می شود. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی تاثیر کاربرد مواد ضد تعریق بر کیفیت و خواص بیوشیمیایی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 9 تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل محلول 2% تالک (T)، اکسید روی (ZnO)، کائولن (K)، اکسید روی + تالک (ZnT)، تالک + کائولن (TK)، اکسید روی + کائولن (ZnT)، اکسید روی + تالک + کائولن (ZnTK)، سایه دهی با عبور نور 50 درصد و کنترل (پاشش آب) بود. بیشترین بخش خوراکی میوه در تیمار ZnO اندازه گیری شد. بیشترین و کمترین ضخامت پوست میوه به ترتیب در تیمارهای شاهد و سایه اندازه گیری شد. تیمار ZnO ضخامت پوست میوه را به میزان 30.8 درصد نسبت به شاهد کاهش داد. کمترین دمای میوه و برگ به ترتیب در تیمارهای سایه دهی و ZnT اندازه‌گیری شد. تیمار شاهد کمترین کارایی فتوسنتز (Fv/Fm) و سطح برگ (LA) را ایجاد کرد و تیمار سایه‌ دهی بیشترین Fv/Fm، LA و کلروفیل را داشت. تیمار اکسید روی، Fv/Fm و LA را به ترتیب 11.95 و 15.55 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش داد. بیشترین آنتوسیانین و فنول آب میوه در تیمار سایه دهی اندازه گیری شد. بیشترین میزان فنول پوست میوه و کمترین میزان فعالیت آنزیم لیپوکسیژناز پوست میوه در تیمار ZnTK اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار اکسید روی به دلیل کاهش درصد پوست میوه و افزایش Fv/Fm و کاهش فعالیت آنزیم لیپوکسیژناز، تیمار مناسبی است.

بررسی تأثیر میکوریزا و اسید هیومیک بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی لوبیا قرمز رقم درخشان

به منظور بررسی تأثیر تیمارهای میکوریزا و اسید هیومیک بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی لوبیا قرمز رقم درخشان، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. عامل اول مطالعه میکوریزا در سه سطح کنترل (بدون میکوریزا)، سویه Glomus intraradices و سویه Glomus mosseae بود.  فاکتور دوم مطالعه شامل سه سطح اسید هیومیک ۰ (شاهد)، ۱۵ و ۳۰ میلی گرم در لیتر بود. نتایج نشان داد که با کاربرد میکوریزا و اسید هیومیک، تعداد دانه در بوته، وزن دانه در بوته، شاخص کلروفیل، درصد پروتئین دانه و نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم برگ افزایش یافت. بیشترین وزن دانه در بوته (۴۷/۱۳ گرم) در لوبیا قرمز تیمار شده با ۳۰ میلی گرم در لیتر هیومیک اسید + سویه Glomus intraradices و ۰۱/۱۳ گرم و ۷۲/۱۳ گرم در گیاهان تیمار شده با ۱۵ و ۳۰ میلی گرم در لیتر هومیک مشاهده شد. اسید، به ترتیب همراه با سویه Glomus mosseae. همچنین بیشترین درصد پروتئین دانه از تیمار ۳۰ میلی گرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک + گلوموس اینترارادیس ۲۶.۱۵ درصد و در تیمارهای ۱۵ میلی گرم در لیتر و ۳۰ میلی گرم در لیتر هیومیک با ۲۵.۲۳ درصد و ۲۷.۹۳ درصد به دست آمد. اسید، به ترتیب همراه با Glomus mosseae. بیشترین میزان نیتروژن برگ (۸۵/۵ درصد) از کاربرد ۳۰ میلی‌گرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک با گلوموس‌موسی به‌دست آمد. به نظر می رسد میکوریزا و اسید هیومیک می توانند عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد لوبیا قرمز را با تامین مواد مغذی برای گیاه بهبود بخشند.

غازانیا، متعلق به خانواده Asteraceae، به طور گسترده در باغ ها و محیط های دیگر رشد می کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات تیمارهای نیتروپروساید سدیم و سیلیکات پتاسیم بر رشد و گلدهی گزانیا بود. برای این منظور از طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه سطح نیتروپروساید سدیم (SNP) (۲۵، ۵۰ و ۱۰۰ میکرومولار در لیتر) و سه سطح سیلیکات پتاسیم( ۲۵، ۵۰ و ۱۰۰ میلی گرم در لیتر) استفاده شد. و کنترل صفات مورد بررسی شامل وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه، تعداد گل، حجم ریشه، طولانی ترین طول ریشه، ارتفاع بوته، شاخص پایداری غشای سلولی، کاروتنوئید دمبرگ، کلروفیل برگ، پروتئین، سوپراکسید دیسموتاز  (SOD) و پراکسیداز  (POD) بود. فعالیت آنزیمی و طول عمر گل مشاهده شد که وزن تر/خشک اندام هوایی، تعداد گل، طول ریشه، ارتفاع بوته، کاروتنوئید و کلروفیل برگ تحت تیمار ۱۰۰ میلی گرم در لیتر PS افزایش یافت. نتایج نشان می دهد که کاربرد ۵۰ میکرومولار در لیتر SNP اثرات مطلوبی بر وزن تر/خشک ریشه، حجم ریشه، شاخص پایداری غشای سلولی، پروتئین، SOD و فعالیت POD دارد. در مرحله رشد، ۵۰ mg/l PS بهترین درمان برای حفظ طول عمر گل با ۷.۲ روز بود.

تفاوت در زمان جوانه زنی آجیل آرگان (Argania spinosa L. Skeels  )بر رشد نهال های آنها در نهالستان ها

چالش‌هایی که برای تکثیر درخت آرگان وجود دارد، خواب جنینی و پوششی است که مستقیماً بر سرعت و مدت جوانه‌زنی، استانداردهای تجمع گیاهان برای احیای جنگل‌ها و به موازات مدت اقامت در نهالستان تأثیر می‌گذارد. این مطالعه بر روی نهال های درخت آرگان (Argania spinosa (L) Skeels) از دو نوع جوانه زنی آزمایشی هسته در نهالستان انجام شد: یکی پیش تیمار با آب گرم و دیگری بدون پیش تیمار (شاهد). هدف این بود که اثر طول مدت جوانه زنی بر رشد نهال ها مشاهده شود. دانه های آرگان که برای مدت کوتاهی جوانه زدند، گیاهانی با ارتفاع تقریباً همگرا (متغیر از ۲۳ تا ۲۵ سانتی متر) ایجاد کردند، یعنی ارتفاع متوسط بسیار معرف و مشابه ارتفاع بوته های آنها (۲۴.۹۴ سانتی متر) بود. از سوی دیگر، آجیل ها با دوره جوانه زنی طولانی، نهال هایی با ارتفاع های مختلف (از ۰۹ تا ۲۷ سانتی متر)، با ارتفاع متوسط متفاوت از محدوده نهال های خود (۱۷.۴۶ سانتی متر) تولید کردند. از نظر رشد قطری، زمان جوانه زنی تأثیری بر گیاهان جوان نداشت. زمانی که دوره جوانه زنی کوتاه بود، امکان به دست آوردن نهال های همگن که استانداردهای گیاهی-تکنیکی برای احیای جنگل ها را داشتند، به دست آمد. بر اساس این مطالعه، نهال آرگان را نباید بیش از ۳۳ هفته (۸ ماه) در نهالستان نگهداری کرد. در غیر این صورت، خطر یک سیستم ریشه ضعیف وجود دارد.

پاسخ های مورفوفیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی ارقام چغندرقند (Beta vulgaris L.  )به پیش تیمار و آبیاری خاک شور

تنش اسمزی می تواند پاسخ پیچیده ای را در گیاهان ایجاد کند که منجر به طیفی از علائم غیر طبیعی می شود که می تواند رشد و نمو را محدود کند و حتی منجر به کاهش عملکرد شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی پاسخ‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیکی ارقام مختلف چغندرقند شامل «شکوفا»، «سینا»، «پایا»، «تورباتا» و «آریا» به روش‌های مختلف پرایمینگ بذر (غیر پرایمینگ، اسمو) انجام شد. پرایمینگ و هیدروپرایمینگ) و سطوح مختلف تنش شوری از طریق آبیاری (> ۲، ۸ و ۱۶ دسی زیمنس بر متر). آزمایش با استفاده از طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی (RCBD) با آرایش فاکتوریل اسپلیت کرت انجام شد. این مطالعه در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی ساوه در سال زراعی ۹۹-۱۳۹۸ انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که عدم پرایمینگ ژنوتیپ «شکوفا»، هیدروپرایمینگ ژنوتیپ «آریا» و اسمو پرایمینگ ژنوتیپ «پایا» در شرایط غیر شوری بیشترین میزان کلروفیل کل (۰۴/۳۱، ۸۰/۳۲ و ۵۰/۲۸ میکروگرم در لیتر) را داشتند. g FW، به ترتیب). بیشترین مقدار پرولین مربوط به هیدرو و اسمو پرایمینگ بذرها تحت تنش شوری بالا (به ترتیب ۱.۹۱ و ۱.۲۳ میکرومول بر گرم FW) بود. تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ بذور «شکوفا» در شرایط تنش شوری بالا منجر به بالاترین شاخص سطح برگ شد. همچنین بیشترین عملکرد ریشه (۹/۶۲ تن در هکتار) در تیمار هیدروپرایمینگ ژنوتیپ 'آریا' در شرایط غیر شور مشاهده شد. در بین ارقام چغندرقند، «سینا»، «ترباتا» و «آریا» بیشترین عملکرد ریشه را در شرایط بدون تنش و هیدروپرایمینگ داشتند. بنابراین این ارقام و تکنیک هیدروپرایمینگ برای کاشت در مناطقی با خاک شور یا آب آبیاری توصیه می شود.

بررسی صفات فیزیولوژیکی گوجه فرنگی یکی از جنبه های اصلی تولید آن است. جهت بررسی کیفیت کار و اثرات قابلیت ترکیب پذیری، از سه لاین اصلی تجاری و 4 آنالیزر، در قالب طرح تلاقی لاین در تستر در دانشگاه ایلام استفاده شد. در تمامی صفات، تفاوت معنی داری بین ژنوتیپ¬ها  (والدین و تلاقی¬ها) در سه سطح تنش وجود داشت. ارزیابی اثرات قابلیت ترکیب لاین¬ها و آنالیزرها نشان داد که هیچکدام از لاین¬ها و تسترها ترکیب¬گر قابل قبولی برای همه صفات مورد بررسی در هر سه سطح تنش نبودند. برآورد اثرات قابلیت ترکیب پذیری خصوصی نشان داد که برای هر صفت فیزیولوژیک خاص، یک هیبرید خاص بیشترین اثر را در سه سطح تنش نشان داد. در تمامی صفات، واریانس قابلیت ترکیب پذیری خصوصی تخمین بالاتری نسبت به واریانس ترکیب پذیری خصوصی داشت و نسبت واریانس ژنتیکی ناشی از واریانس افزایشی به واریانس غیرافزایشی کوچک¬تر از یک، نشان دهنده غالبیت اثر غیر افزایشی ژن در وراثت همه صفات در سه سطح تنش بود. درجه غالبیت در سه سطح تنش برای تمامی صفات به جز TSS بالاتر از یک محاسبه شد، و به نظر می¬رسد که غالبیت در مکان¬های ژنتیکی کنترل شده این صفات جایگزین شده است.

کشت ریشه از طریق ریشه های ناخواسته به دست آمده از اندامزایی مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم ایجاد شد. فراوانی پاسخ ریشه، تعداد ریشه در هر ریزنمونه، طول ریشه و تولید زرمبون تحت تأثیر غلظت و نوع اکسین، تلقیح اولیه ریشه و قدرت نمک پایه موراشیگه و اسکوگ (MS) در محیط کشت قرار گرفتند. تصمیم گیری در مورد نوع ریزنمونه ریشه و محیط بهینه ای که از رشد و تولید ترکیبات زیست فعال در کشت های ریشه پشتیبانی می کند، بسیار مهم بود. در مطالعه ما متوجه شدیم که در محیط های بهینه شده برای رشد و تولید زرمبون در کشت های ریشه زنجبیل دارویی Zingiber zerumbet Smith یک رابطه غیر همبستگی وجود دارد. محیط استحکام کامل (MS) محیط بهینه برای نرخ رشد خاص بود در حالی که تجمع زرومبون در محیط نیمه قدرت MS برای ریشه های فرعی از اندامزایی مستقیم (AdRD) و غیر مستقیم (AdRId) بیشتر بود. AdRD نسبت به AdRId انتخاب شد اگرچه نرخ رشد ویژه به‌دست‌آمده در دوم(7.2 x 10-2µ) نسبت به اولی(5.5 x 10-2µ) بر اساس عملکرد انباشتگی زروبون بالاتر بود. پس از آن، این کشت های ریشه AdRD با متیل جاسمونات استخراج شدند که افزایش ده برابری در تولید zerumbone را نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد. این مطالعه می‌تواند یک پروتکل مقیاس‌پذیر برای تولید zerumbone از کشت ریشه‌های ناخواسته در آینده ارائه دهد.
