رابطه فنآوری اطلاعات با مزیت رقابتی و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه فنآوری اطلاعات با مزیت رقابتی و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و متصدیان کامپیوتر اداره کل فرودگاههای استان مازندران به تعداد 130 نفر در سال 1396 بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 97 نفر تعیین شد و نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی ساده انجام پذیرفت. جهت گردآوری دادهها از مقیاسهای استاندارد هانگی و همکارن استفاده گردید. روایی محتوایی ابزار بررسی و تأیید شد. ضریب پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیر فنآوری اطلاعات 0/83، مزیت رقابتی 0/82 و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش 0/80 به دست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که فنآوری اطلاعات با مزیت رقابتی و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین، رابطه بین مزیت رقابتی و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش نیز تأیید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیونی نیز حاکی از وجود رابطه مثبت بین فنآوری اطلاعات با مزیت رقابتی و ظرفیت مدیریت دانش بود.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology with competitive advantage and knowledge management capacity. The research method was applied and in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive and correlation. Statistical population was managers and computer operators of Mazandaran Province Airport in the year of 2017 (130 persons). According to Cochran formula sample size was calculated 97 persons. The sampling was done randomly. Data was collected by standard questionnaire (Hongyi et al., 2016), that its validity was confirmed by related experts. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha was calculated for information technology 0.83, competitive advantage 0.82 and knowledge management capacity 0.80. Data were analyzed by using Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and Regression tests. The results showed that Information technology had a positive and significant relationship with competitive advantage and knowledge management capacity. Also the relationship between competitive advantage and knowledge management capacity had confirmed. Regression analysis also indicated a positive relationship between information technology with competitive advantage and knowledge management capacity.
