برآورد ظرفیت برد فیزیکی، واقعی و موثر گردشگری (مطالعه موردی: مجتمع ها و پارک های شهرستان نوشهر)

چکیده برنامه ریزی برای جذب گردشگر و ارائه خدمات مناسب به آنها از یک سو و برنامه ریزی برای حفظ محیط زسیت پیرامون این منابع از سوی دیگر از اهمیت قابل توجهی بر خوردار است .در مقاله حاضربه ظرفیت برد گردشگری در مجتمع های توریستی سی سنگان، آویدر، سیترا،وپارک نوید در شهرستان نوشهر پرداخت شده است. دادهای مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه و نیز آمارهای آب وهوایی شهرستان نوشهر جمع آوری گردید ظرفیت برد فیزیکی مجتمع های سیسنگان ،سیترا،آویدر وپارک نوید به ترتیب 44/209، 36/ 103، 2432 68/53 برآوردگردید .ظرفیت برد واقعی به ترتیب 103737 ،44087، 89334، 228966محاسبه شد و ظرفیت برد موثربه ترتیب 6.846 ، 12472/259/1، 468112، 298/193/1محاسبه گردید توانمندیهای مدیریتی نقش بسیاراساسی در ظرفیت برد گردشگری دارددرفصول پائیزوزمستان تعداد گردشگران کم است ودر ایام تعطیل غیر هفته میزان تقاضا از حد ظرفیت کم تر بوده ودر فصول بهار و تابستان وروزهای جمعه و تعطیلات غالبا بعد از غروب خورشید میزان تقاضا از حد ظرفیت برد فراتر می رود .بنابراین با توجه به اوج بازدید ،باید ظرفیت مجتمع ها و پارک این ظرفیت ها را تحمل کند تا از افزایش فشار بر منابع و تسهیلات مجنمع و پارک جلو گیری شودلذا این موضوع باید در طرح ریزی مجتمع ها و پارکها مورد توجه قرار گیرد
