آمایش بازارچه‌های مرزی غرب ایران الگوی اقتصادی_کالبدی در پایداری شهرهای کوچک نمونه موردی: (بازارچه مرزی سیرانبند بانه)

چکیده با بروز تحولات اقتصادی _ اجتماعی در غرب کشور و دسترسی به قابلیت‌های بالقوه و بالفعل نواحی مرزی از سوی دیگر، دستیابی به الگوی آمایشی در این نواحی را ضروری ساخته است. با این پیش فرض پژوهش حاضر نقش آفرینی بازارچه مرزی سیرانبند در شهر کوچک بانه را در ابعاد اقتصادی و کالبدی مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و ابزارهای آن تلفیقی از روش‌های کمی(نظرسنجی و اثر بخشی پرسشنامه) و کیفی (روش گلوله برفی از مدیران اجرایی) است. یافته‌ها، نشانگر آن است که توسعه بازارچه مرزی سیرانبند بارونق نسبی در کسب و کار افزایش منابع مالی را از طریق شاخص‌های اقتصادی (اشتغال شهروندان، افزایش درآمد و رونق اقتصادی) در پی داشته است. همچنین منابع درآمدی قابل توجه شهروندان، موجبات تحولات کالبدی از طریق تغییر کاربری اراضی، بهبود زیرساخت‌های زیربنایی و بهبود ابنیه شهری را باعث شده است.
