تبیین عوامل شکلدهنده بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر زنجان)

چکیده مقاله :
شهرنشینی شتابان شهرهای ایران بعد از دهه 40، زمینهساز شکلگیری بافتهای ناکارآمد در بطن شهر و تشکیل بافتهای فرسوده شهری شد. این تحقیق باهدف تبیین عوامل شکلدهنده بافتهای ناکارآمد شهری در شهر زنجان انجامشده است و بهمنظور جمعآوری اطلاعات از دو روش کتابخانهای و میدانی استفادهشده است که بهمنظور بررسی رابطه، اثرات و استخراج عوامل کلیدی از نرمافزار MICMAC و جهت نمایش توزیع این عوامل در سطح نواحی از مدل لکههای داغ در محیط GIS استفادهشده است. جهت سطحبندی نواحی شهر زنجان ازلحاظ عوامل کلیدی نیز از مدل تصمیمگیری EDAS استفادهشده که بهمنظور تعیین وزن و اهمیت هر یک از عوامل در مدل ایداس از مدلANP استفادهشده است و نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در بین 31 شاخص موردبررسی 8 شاخص بیشترین اثرگذاری را بهعنوان عوامل کلیدی در ناکارآمدی داشتهاند و توزیع عوامل کلیدی ناکارآمدی بافت شهری در سطح نواحی شهر زنجان با استفاده از مدل لکههای داغ نشان داده است که بیشترین میزان ناکارآمدی به شکل خوشههایی با لکههای داغ در پهنۀ مرکزی تا حدودی جنوب و جنوب غربی شهر زنجان قرارگرفتهاند و درنهایت سطحبندی نواحی شهر زنجان ازلحاظ عوامل کلیدی نشان داد که بیشترین ناکارآمدی به ترتیب متعلق به نواحی 2-5 و 1-1 میباشد که در مرکز و جنوب شهر واقعشدهاند و در مرتبه بعدی نواحی1-2 و ناحیه1-3 که در جنوب غربی شهر قرارگرفتهاند. درواقع ناکارآمدی همهجانبهای این نواحی را مورد تهدید قرار داده است در مقابل ناحیۀ4-6 در شمال شرقی شهر و در مرتبه بعدی ناحیۀ4-5 در جنوب و ناحیه3-4 در شمال شهر کمترین ناکارآمدی را داشتهاند.
