Abstract :
Modern society depends substantially on transport because it allows for mobility and the movement of goods. However, it also has numerous negative effects on the environment and makes a major contribution to carbon emissions. Different vehicles use a variety of fuels to transmit energy in transportation systems. For energy communication, vehicles emit greenhouse gases that pollute the environment. Also, the parameters in transportation problems are not always precisely define rather are imprecise in nature in most cases. Recalling this fact, this paper explores the study of a multi-objective fully intuitionistic fuzzy fixed charge solid transportation problem considering carbon emission as an objective function. A new solution algorithm is developed to obtain the compromised optimal solution of the proposed model. Solved the proposed transportation problem models by using LINGO.19.0 optimization software and obtained the crisp as well as fuzzy objective values. A real-life-based numerical problem is presented and solved to validate the concept and the results are compared with other existing methods.
