بررسی اثربخشی بسته ترکیبی تعامل والد کودک آیبرگ و والدگری شخصیت مدار درکاهش نشانههای اضطراب فیزیولوژیک، حساسیت افراطی و نگرانی کودکان 7تا10سال

چکیده مقدمه: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی بررسی اثربخشی بسته ترکیبی تعامل والد کودک آیبرگ و والدگری شخصیت مدار درکاهش نشانههای اضطراب فیزیولوژیک،حساسیت افراطی و نگرانی کودکان 7 تا10سال بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش در ایـن مطالعـه نیمهتجربی بـا طـرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون بـا گـروه کنتـرل است. جامعـه پژوهـش، مـادران کـودکان بـا مشکلات اضطراب فیزیولوژیک، حساسیت افراطی و نگرانی کودکان 7 تا 10 سال شـهر تهران بود کـه از میـان آنهـا مـادران 30 کودک بـا روش نمونهگیری در دسـترس انتخـاب و بـه روش تصادفـی در دو گـروه مسـاوی جایگزیـن شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). گـروه آزمایـش 8 جلسه آنلاین 90 دقیقهای آمـوزش تعامل والد کودک و والدگری شخصیت مدار را دریافـت کرد و گـروه گـواه هیـچ مداخلهای دریافــت نکرد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها ابتدا اطلاعات توصیفی مربوط به متغیرهای پژوهش ارائه و پس از تاییدآن مفروضههای استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس بررسی نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه نشان داد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان میدهد که بسته مداخلهای تعامل والد کودک آیبرگ و والدگری شخصیت مدار بر هر 3 مؤلفه مشکلات اضطرابی، یعنی (اضطراب فیزیولوژیکی، حساسیت افراطی و نگرانی) اثرگذار بوده است (01/0> p). مقایسه اندازههای اثر به دستآمده نشان داد که بسته مداخلهای، بیشترین تأثیر را بر حساسیت افراطی با ضریب اتای 59/0 (بزرگ) دارد و پس از آن به ترتیب اضطراب فیزیولوژیکی با ضریب اتای 52/0(بزرگ)، و نگرانی با ضریب اتای 38/0(متوسط) قرار دارند. همچنین آموزش به والدین موجب کاهش مشکلات اضطراب فیزیولوژیک،حساسیت افراطی و نگرانی در کودک شده است. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که والدین بهترین موقعیت را دارند تا پاسخهای انطباقی و مناسب را به کودک بیاموزند و این پاسخ هارا تقویت نمایند. قطعاً زمانی که این آموزشها متناسب با ویژگیهای منحصربهفرد کودک باشد اثربخشی بیشتری را نیز خواهد داشت.
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the combined package of Iberg child-parent interaction and personality-oriented parenting in reducing the symptoms of physiological anxiety, extreme sensitivity and worry in children aged 7-10 years. Research method: The method of this semi-experimental study is pre-test and post-test with a control group. The research community was mothers of children with physiological anxiety problems, extreme sensitivity and worry of children aged 7 to 10 years in Tehran, among them 30 mothers of children were selected by available sampling method and randomly replaced in two equal groups. (Each group 15 people). The experimental group received 8 90-minute online training sessions on parent-child interaction and personality-oriented parenting, and the control group did not receive any intervention. In order to analyze the data, first descriptive information related to the variables of the research was presented, and after confirming the assumptions, the covariance analysis was used to examine the results of the hypothesis test. The results showed that the intervention package of Ayberg's child-parent interaction and personality-oriented parenting on all 3 components of anxiety problems, i.e. (physiological anxiety, extreme sensitivity and worry) has been effective (p<0.01). The comparison of the obtained effect sizes showed that the intervention package has the greatest effect on hypersensitivity with a coefficient of 0.59 (large), followed by physiological anxiety with a coefficient of 0.52 (large), and worry with a coefficient of 38. 0/ (medium) are located. Results: The findings showed that teaching parents has reduced the problems of physiological anxiety, extreme sensitivity and worry in children. Conclusion: The results show that parents are in the best position to teach children adaptive and appropriate responses and strengthen these responses. Definitely, when these trainings are tailored to the unique characteristics of the child, it will be more effective
